Had Ashton and Nathan from Kerrville Plumbing over for what turned out to be a quick fix, but something that I knew needed to be handled by trained professionals which they certainly are...they diagnosed the issue, quoted exact pricing, and now things are back to normalcy with our bathroom plumbing...heck , even our dogs liked them, and much moreso than the fridge delivery guys from a few months ago

Allan and Dario just finished a big repair job and installation of a hybrid water heater today. Had a water leak under my house that needed immediate attention. They were very prompt and knowlegable. When you are worried about your home expenses these days it's best to call professionals. Imagine how frustrating it can be when you make a costly mistake. I could not afford it. No time for DIYs folks. You can trust these guys.

I have used Kerrville Plumbing to repair several plumbing issues in our 1960s house: fixing leaking showers, replacing faucets, repairing broken toilet gaskets/flanges, installing bathroom rails. Michael, Dan, Ben, and Steve have always been prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They explain what the are doing and the breakdown of the cost. Daniel and Tamara arrived in less than an hour after I first called with a problem! They were professional,friendly and explained everything they were doung to solve our problem! Always pleased with Kerrrville Plumbing and happy to recommend them to anyone in need of honest, reliable plumbers!

Four stars for the employees and two to three for the cost. They replaced 40 to 60 feet of PVC drain pipe and charged $2127. The pipe and fittings could not have been more than $200, so $1900 for labor? The guys came out late one day and spent maybe one to two hours checking the existing plumbing and then returned the next day and completed the job in about two and one half hours. So, 2 guys for five hours max at $1900 is a high. I agreed to the quoted price thinking the job would take longer, but it didn't and was told once you agree to the price thats it regardless of how long it ends up taking. Good for people whose job runs into problems, not good if it turns out to be a fairly quick fix. I like the company, they are quick and personable but I will get a second estimate next time.

I called Kerrville Plumbing about 9:05 AM. Michael was at my door within the hour. Before he entered the house, he put on shoe covers, and each time he came back from his truck, he recovered his shoes.
Michael politely and clearly explained the problem and the options (with costs) that I had. We will surely use Kerrville Plumbing again.
