Trustworthy and takes their time to explain things and don’t see to overcharge from what I can tell. Kyle is a PRO! Also the texts to remind, let you know they are coming and send a picture of your technician. Super safe - easy billing and paying via text. They are just the best!

My HVAC kept freezing up. My biggest worry was paying a company, and the hvac would not get fixed properly. Kerr County AC(family own and run) came to my house the same day I called. The owner himself showed up. Super professional, polite, and honest. He explained in detail everything that was going on and fixed it right away. I'm super satisfied with the service. This company was recommended to me and they did a good job. They were cautious in making sure they had shoe covers and keeping doors closed so in door cats would not escape. They provided their feedback and all seems good so far.
