I called about my heat pump possibly going out and within 2 hours a technician was at my home and looking at my unit. After realizing that my current unit was 28 years old and needed to be replaced, an appointment was made to have a new system installed within 6 days. They even brought over free-standing portable units on loan for.my family to survive the heat until the installation could be done. Courteous, professional, and quick to respond are things you don't see much any more. Give Kerr County AC and Heating a try, they'll take good care of you and your family.

I was having leakage from my indoor unit and they were so persistent and professional in locating the problem. They were working on my unit for 2 days unfortunately (I felt so bad for keeping them from other customers) but by the time they left, my unit was running like new again with no leaks. They're very reasonable on pricing especially for their quality of work. So grateful for these guys.

Just being a happy customer. The repairman Ryan quickly found a mystery problem (AC not blowing cold due to a loose plug in the furnace assembly probably loosened up by the previous AC guy, hmmm). He fixed in a few minutes, very professional and courteous. AC going stron now. THANKS!!

Just had him do a spring service check before it gets too hot. He was awesome! He's friendly and honest and knows his stuff. Completely trustworthy. I would highly recommend him especially for women living alone. He will not by any means try to run you over or rip you off. We will be using them for all future work and recommending him to all our friends.
