We recently moved to Kerrville and didn't know who to call when our air conditioner began having problems. We found the right company in Kerr County AC and JR. He was extremely responsive, pleasant and professional. When new parts were needed, he kept us informed of the process and even provided the tracking number for the parts to keep us informed. Following repairs, JR contacted us to make sure the unit was working properly. We highly recommend JR and Kerr County AC.

Friendly, professional and reasonable - He willingly drove out to my middle of nowhere cabin located down a dirt road in order to evaluate my old AC unit. He was even friendly to the two toddlers that wanted to help him with his tools. A genuine service man with integrity. JR is one of the most honest people I have met and used in the AC business, and I have known a lot! Instead of trying to sell you a new unit, he will check all systems thoroughly, fix what needs to be fixed, and will do it at a fair rate. I recommend him highly.

Best experience I have had working with someone when things are a little stressful. From customer service on the phone to the work being performed on the job site, this company is nothing but honest, transparent, and caring. This will be your forever A/C and Heating company once you give them a call. After being a customer for the 1st time I think they need to add a line after booking an appointment saying, "thank you for allowing us to provide your service and welcome to the family" because that's how you will feel, I got treated like a neighbor not a ticket item and it's such a relief after all I've been through with other A/C companies.
