I've had ongoing problems with my A/C unit since having it installed by another company 4 years ago. Both the inside and outside units have been having issues due to shoddy installation.
JR came out and diagnosed the problems and fixed them in order that they needed and by what I could afford at the time. He never once recommended anything that didn't need done as far as i can tell.
When I finally had the money, he and his brother installed a new indoor unit and I've had no problems with it. The installation was done quickly and they cleaned up after themselves when they were done.
The company is a joy to deal with and JR and his brother are nothing but friendly professionals. I couldn't recommend them more.

Super service from JR & Chris. They are really honest where others I have used are not. They show up on time and get back to me in Timely manner. The prices are super fare as well. Their emergency fee is less then competitors.They take the time to explain the problems and maintenance. I am really happy with them and recommend them 100%.

Very happy with the service we received from Kerr County AC; right from the first phone call to the repair of our AC.
We had an intermittent problem with our AC.
Chris checked everything found the problem, fixed it and it's been running great ever since.
They are very reasonable and timely not to mention very polite and courteous.

This Company is amazing!!!! We had Airtech out to our house a month ago and they told us we had a leak in our coil and it would be over a 1000.00 dollars and left and NEVER called us back. My husband called this company. He was here fast, worked in the rain and is one honest guy. He found the real problem which wasn't the coil BTW!!! They also have REALLY good pricing.We have lived in Kerrville for 20 years and good company's are hard to find and most treat you like dirt. I am not paid to put this review, I am a Nurse and my Husband works in the oilfield,so we are just regular people. Please, Please call them, don't waste your time like we did and have to pay double.

JR was awesome. He was prompt and honest and didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. He gave me an honest overview of my system and what I could expect in the future, but didn't press me to buy or repair something that wasn't necessary. I give him the best recommendation possible.
