I called and Tory answered the phone. She was so courteous, respectful and polite. She listened to my concerns and said she could get a technician out the same day. JR was the technician, who is also the company owner. He called before heading to my home and arrived in the time frame I was told he would. He was very respectful and professional while in my home. He immediately found a problem in my inside unit and quickly repaired it. He then found another issue in my outside unit and repaired it as well. He cleaned up and even replaced the filters with the new ones I had set aside. JR made sure to turn on the unit and wait until he know it was functioning properly before leaving my home. It is so nice to find a family owned and operated business that is honest and knowledgeable. I definitely will recommend this company for any AC needs to everyone I know .
