Couldn't have been more happier with Kerrville Plumbing PLus. Allen and Logan were so professional knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing. Had some electrical issues and they knew exactly what to do how to fix them and explained everything that they did where I could understand them. I would recommend this company to anyone. The owners of this company should be proud and aware of the professionalism that I saw in these two men . Will use this company again.

Kerrville Plumbing Plus has a Maintenance Program that is extremely cost effective. The service call in April cost us $0; have received 3 service calls, paid a modest fee last year and are covered now! AC in good condition, no leaks, all thoroughly checked by Master Technician.

This is honestly one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Tatyana who answered the phone was polite and prompt in her response to my concerns. Toby who came out to my home described the repairs and his recommendations in a way that was easy for me to understand. The price was surprisingly very reasonable. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for Plumbing, Electrical or Cooling Services. 10/10

The performance Robert and Jason as wellas their professional, attitudes and knowledge of was extremely noticeable throughout were very polite and upfront by providing me information regarding the plumbing situations as they arose. Additionally, they provided me with alternatives to specific situations. Easy to work with extremely friendly when I asked questions. They worked continually and performed all tasks in a timely manner.

What a great service/repair experience. From the initial call to Courtnie in the office who was friendly and willing to help to the quick response and arrival from Daniel and Charles who were professional, courteous, and skilled. They diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me options for the repair, promptly performed the repair and were open and transparent about the costs and billing. The repair was about half of what I had been told it would be from another source. I will be using Kerrville Plumbing Plus from now on, not only on my plumbing needs but also for their other repair services. Do yourself a favor and call these guys first. Called Kerrville Plumbing & A/C to come out to our home and do a preventive measure checkup on our A/C system. Allan was the technician that came and did a great job checking our A/C and found some minor items that needed to be addressed and he took care them. I sure will be using them in the future for any of their services. Highly Recommend! 😃

My house is cursed. Thank God for Kerrville Plumbing! These fine people have repaired so many plumbing issues for me over the years and I just can't recommend them enough. Honest. Intelligent. High quality work. Fair prices. Personable service. When in doubt, these are the folks to call. They will give it to you straight, get it fixed right, and not kill your pocketbook in the process. None better in the Hill Country.

Our 22 year old system was just limping along so we had Kerrville Plumbing Plus replace it earlier this year. Very friendly and knowledgable people came out and did an excellent job replacing the outdoor unit, going the extra steps to make sure everything was done right.

Our cooling bill this month was just a little over half what it was last year, we've very pleased with the work and the new unit.

Fast, friendly and got the job done to satisfaction!
