Our water heater quit on Monday. We spoke to Kerrville Plumbing Plus Tuesday morning, the tech came out and inspected mid-morning and our new heater was beautifully installed by 4:00 that afternoon. Robert was knowledgeable and expertly answered all my questions. Happy customer!

Technician arrived during scheduled appointment window, discussed options and price range. When he left to pickup new faucet he then returned sooner than he estimated. Installed and finished up quickly. (Didn't mind the barking dog either.) Very pleased.
