The technician was very knowledgeable about the services and he was very professional yet friendly. I was extremely pleased with his promptness.

I was notified by both the company and the technician that he was running behind schedule; even so, he was only 30 mins later than scheduled. Khammron was polite, professional and well groomed. He explained everything he found and drew me a detailed diagram of my system and the estimated costs to replace different parts vs replacing one system (furnace). Very pleased with Khammron and the service he provided.

Tech was incompetent. Did not leak test or fix the refrigerant leaks. Gave an estimate to replace 3 copper lines etc after refusing to cut and reflare the existing copper lines. Estimate for lineset replacement was $2949. Went to another company. Their tech pressurized the linesets with nitrogen, identified the leaks, tightened the flare fittings to stop the leak using bubble test and topped up refrigerant for less than 1/3 of Air Tech of Katy. I would never use Air Tech of Katy for servicing my system again.

Air Tech continues to maintain my heating and cooling system in top shape for the past several years. Efrim came today and was very thorough and even changes my filters out that I was planning to do and forgot. He gave a solid recommendation on efforts to protect my system from overflow damage as well. I will continue to use Air Tech because of their consistent follow up and dedicated technicians.

Erin Jefferson was professional and friendly. He knew exactly what to do and got it done in record time. I will sleep better with cool air tonight.
