This company installed a new HVAC in 2019, and has since maintained and repaired it in a timely and efficient manner. Manuel Villalobos recently replaced a fan that was covered by warranty in a timely and professional manner with a membership discount on labor. I will continue to call them for all my AC services.

Rick was excellent in educating me on the issues we had and how to fix them. He was honest about what was the main priority so it wasn’t too overwhelming for us, and we appreciate that so much when you’re looking for new contractors. When you feel like you can trust them, that’s when you know you’ve found a good one. I will definitely be using Rick at Airtech in the future!!

Joseph came out same day I requested and they were able to install a whole new system same day as well!! Great experience!!

Khammron arrived on time, with a friendly and professional manner. He showed me several installation and manufacturer issues and provided me with a plan to attack the issues.

Rudy was thorough and patient while answering all the questions my wife and I had about our HVAC system. He followed up his visit with a detailed email to show the cost to change some components of the system. We are very satisfied with the service he provided.

Manuel was so nice and took care of looking over our units to let us know how they are doing. He showed us pictures of things that possibly might need updating, reports of how the system is functioning and took care of securing the attic door back to how it was when he arrived. We are pleased!

Purchased a new A/C, not even a year old, and the drain line is clogged, called them and they want to charge me $300 and something for something that is their problem that they didn’t do right when they installed the new system. I had my previous system for 22 years and I never had a problem with the drain lines. I’m very disappointed with Air Tech of Katy, I trusted this company with my A/C replacement and now I’m having this issues. I requested a call from the manager or supervisor, almost a week later and still waiting for the call.

We had Edgar come out on an A/C tune up job and he was both professional and courteous. I appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to continue troubleshooting until he found the problem created by the original installer. Will definitely call again when an issue comes up.
