Eric and his crew did an excellent job installing 2 ac units. Michael, our maintenance tech had kept our old units running for many years. He recommended the 3 ton units. Having the install done before Jan 1 saved us $3k per unit as the minimum SEER will be higher then. Absolute comfort now air tech is a great company because they have great people working for them . We trust Michael because he has earned it over the years. You can probably find cheaper services but you will not find better.

Great service and great product. Joseph was very professional and explained all our options. Response time was unbelievable. The came within a couple of hours and put a complete system in the same day. Very clean and polite. I have never had an a/c company that was as good as this one. I highly recommend them.

Khammron was fast and the nicest of young men. Totally professional. Lifesaver. I came home from hospital no broken AC. He came out quick and got me back to up and running. Total 10 🌟 rating from me. I'd recommend him and this company hands down!!! God bless you!!

Jeremy came out and did a yearly maintenance on my unit. He was on time, professional and went over the diagnostic finds. I feel Air tech of Katy is a honest and professional company. Their employees have always been top notch.

Joseph was great to work with. He explained what was wrong with our air conditioner and the different options to repair or replace it. Never pushy. He also offered to come back and balance the airflow in all our rooms if needed

Technician Joseph Leach came out for service during this heatwave and did an excellent job. My drip line was clogged from a recent roof installation and he had everything running right as rain in no time. Air tech’s subscription keeps my system running without worrying about trip fees, and the discount for service beyond maintenance is highly appreciated.

Our experience with Air Tech and specifically our rep Khammron was really great. He was very professional considerate of our time, answered all our questions and made sure we were satisfied with the end product and he made adjustments where he could for any inconveniences. Overall it was a good experience.

The initial call requesting AC support was amazing. We appreciated the kind and empathetic person on the other end and were pleasantly surprised that they could have someone out here that afternoon.
