More companies should have professionals like this young man.

Jeremy was fantastic! On time, professional and quick. He knew what he was doing and fixed our AC the day after it broke in this crazy heatwave. We highly recommend him!

Called with a specific task and it didn’t get done. Not accessible was the stated reason even though it did get installed.
Asked for algae pill for drain pan and was told it wouldn’t work so I gave him bleach, I’ll put an algae pill in later I guess.
Primary drain end point next to access , was told he’ll need to go to Home Depot for 2x3/4 reducer but can come back next day.
I asked While here can you put in Honeywell thermostat? It’s easy 4 wire like the one I took out and the one up there is temporary….
He stated, No that won’t work, it’s wrong, I told him to put it in anyway. Took 6 minutes and works… just needed their name on some work if they were going to be the maintenance company.

I guess I’ll put in the reducer and the quote for the A/C disconnect I won’t get, I didn’t sign up for their special.
All in all , they might be good
I don’t know. I don’t believe they’re a good fit for me.
P.s He did take 2 pictures of what he was there for originally, it would have been difficult.

The technician, Hector, had to come 2 days to repair our A/C. Both days he was knowledgeable, on time, courteous and patient. We are cooling now!

Tech Jeremy Woods was terrific, he spotted the problem immediately and fixed it. Plus he was 45 minutes early, which was great. Very professional and personable, definitely knew his “stuff”. We’ll be asking for him again for sure.

Manuel Villalobos arrived early, which was great. He performed a very thoriugh inspection, and quickly diagnosed the immediate problem. He also made recommendations for replacing my 15 year.old system. He fully answered all questions.

The professionalism and knowledge of the system with the ability of sharing information in a way that a novice could understand. He led me throughout the process of his work keeping me inform and explaining what he was doing throughout. Khammron Palmer was awesome.

Joseph was incredibly professional and informative. He put us at ease and followed up with us afterwards to check on us. The whole crew was spectacular and easy to work with. Highly recommend!!

Efrim showed up about ten minutes early and listened to me describe past issues and current problems with my AC. He then checked out the AC, fixed the immediate problems and documented items that would likely be problematic in the future and explained why they would be problems. At my request he provided me with a couple of choices for system replacement and discussed their relative merits. Great visit all around. Highly recommended.
