Mr Riviera was polite, courteous and efficient. He called before arriving for appointment, and was done with service call within 30 minutes. Will recommend Air Tech of Katy to anyone who needs AC service.

Corey was extremely professional and courteous. Explained everything thoroughly and was able to replace the capacitor immediately. Highly recommend Air Tech and Corey.

Jeremy was great, solved all the problems very efficiently. My only heartburn was pricing, with incremental services prices could have been discounted, but thats not linked to Jeremy, as he had no influence on pricing.

Corey at Air Tech of Katy was great. We had an issue with our HVAC system and he really took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what our options would be to get the system fixed. He was highly responsive and was able to have us back up and running in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Corey and Air Tech of Katy and we will continue to use them for all our HVAC needs in the future.

Not yet, but I will be getting a new hvac system on June 17, 2023.
Edgar has a good personality and is not pushy. Very respectful person whom I look forward to working with in the future.

Well, all I can say is, Edgar is 💯 real.
I call him to check on the attic, and just like he said, he came to the call. He resolved the matter. (Not due to him).
My new hvac is running very cold.

These guys are great! Khammron showed up on time, gave very professional and knowledgeable advice on a few minor things in our AC system. Thankfully not too many since they service our system twice a year like clockwork. Very reasonable prices and excellent service! Would highly recommend them.

Air tech of Katy is great! Our AC Tech Eduardo Villanueva was very professional explaining everything to me. He went above and beyond going to the attic and the outside unit to make sure they were working correctly.

Mr. Jefferson with Air Tech of Katy came to my home on January 4, 2023 and inspected all of the attic ducts and the vents in the house along with the systems outside. He gave me two recommendations to best improve the systems ability of providing the very best quality of air for my home.
Mr Jefferson explained all of the benefits that the repairs would provide.
I decided to go with the replacement of the old system with all new air Ducts and vents.
Mr. Jefferson scheduled the work for January 9th.
Eric and his installers arrived at 8:00 on the 9th and completed the entire project by 2:30 pm. Eric kept me informed the entire time of their progress.
Mr Jefferson came to my home and inspected the work and approved the project.
Mr. Jefferson, Eric, and the team did a great job and I am completely satisfied with the work.
I recommendation the professional work of Air Tech of Katy to anyone.

Edgar did a great job of diagnosing and solving my ac problem. I have always had a great experience with air tech and Edgar continues that streak.

Had new 5 ton unit installed in 100 degree heat. Edgar Rapolo and his installation crew were excellent.
