Our technician was very nice professional courteous and thorough in explaining how our system is working and identifying potential issues we may have in the next few years. I liked that he was very apathetic and helpful. When it comes time to replace our system we will use Air Tech and request our technician, Khammron Palmer

The 24v wiring needed to start the AC went out. My AC has been running excellent. The wiring was fixed and response time was good. I didn't appreciate the repairman telling me my evaporator was going bad my condensor going bad and needed to change the furnace (which is 4 years old) My entire system is under 10 years old. trying to sell me a $19,000 system.
Please fix the malfunction and don't use scare tactics trying to get me to finance $200 per month.
I will not call this company again for service

It is always nice to experience great customer service. Joseph Leach was on time within the 2-hour window, very knowledgeable about the HVAC systems, and his straight talk about the status of our current HVAC systems in our house was very refreshing, and his technical advise to improve them is much appreciated. The absence of doom and gloom MUST replace your systems now selling was Great. I highly recommend Air Tech of Katy for your HVAC needs.

We called Air Tech to have an A/C check for the summer. They noted several issues with our existing systems, including a bad evaporator and condenser coil on our 5-ton system. In addition, the systems were both restricted by insufficient air flow. Air Tech quoted us a new 5-ton system and adding air returns to improve flow. Khammron was great about explaining his concerns and his recommendations without trying to sell us on a particular solution. We’re very happy with the results we got and look forward to a cool summer.

Needed to replace 25+ year old AC unit. Air Tech crew was on the job next morning, got job done in 6 hrs or so, 100° outside, no telling what in the attic!! Unexpected hitch when drain line was clogged, but they took care of that within a couple hours!! Didn’t hurt that salesman, Edgar, was a cute young guy with both technical savvy and great people skills.

Jeremy was on time and did a great job servicing our AC unit. We’ve been longtime customers of Air Tech/Absolute Comfort for many years and always recommend them to our friends.

Joseph was professional and answered all of our questions. Let us know that our system was working fine. Gave us suggestions about one of our older units, but also let us know it was still in proper working order and to keep maintaining it

Thanks for all your help! You did a great job of explaining the issues with our AC and guiding us through the options to resolve the problem. You brought in a team to install our new systems. It was all done by late afternoon on that same day which was a Saturday. The system is cooling us nicely. Thanks for all the help!

Manuel came out to perform a free inspection and provide estimates on available options for my ac duct/vents cleaning/replacement. He was extremely thorough, he listened to my concerns and provided 3 options for us to choose from. I greatly appreciate his patience and professionalism and look forward to working with him again.

Cintron was professional, he explained everything he was doing and done. The reason I could not give a five star, is because of the way you notify the customer, I try to use the tracking info., but could not get it open. Also I received two different emails with different technicians.
