I got a complete tear down and install done, inside unit and out. This is a very big job, as well as being in the middle of summer and the crew worked tirelessly and efficiently to make sure the install was completed correctly and in a timely manner. Absolutely outstanding work that I highly recommend.

The guy came and he told me the water heater will be done under the homeowner warranty, but it was not. Anyway he offer to fix it for cash, he gave an estimate for $2300 but I found out that he gave the warranty company an estimate for $1300. I was shocked. Anyway I got the water heater replaced for $ 1000 in total and a much better quality what he was offered. Be careful dealing with this company

Showed up on time promised, evaluated my problem right the fist time and had the parts on the van to fix my AC problem. Alex was very professional and wore a mask and gloves the whole time at our home . We really appreciated his quality and safety of work

Integrity, professionalism, and concern for customer satisfaction is what I experienced. I was given full transparency on the services rendered. Mario was amazing from arrival till departure. Growing up I experienced my parents constantly have air condition issues, but with Trilogy Services & AC I’m confident that generational curse has come to an end. Look for my follow up review within the next 2-6 months!

On August 22nd we had Trilogy come and look at our house because our unit for our home was no longer cooling. Trilogy said the unit only needed refrigerant. Therefore, we paid to have the refrigerant added. However, the unit quickly went out again and wasn’t working as of four days later. We had Trilogy come out again and they said the unit needed to be replaced and new refrigerant added for the new unit. We did not feel like it was our responsibility to pay for the first service as the technician didn’t really diagnose the problem correctly. We attempted to resolve this with Trilogy directly however they were not not willing to give us the refund for the refrigerant that was not needed. I also asked for receipts and when they sent the receipts they sent it with the incorrect amounts. After me sending them yet another email stating that the invoice was wrong and according to their records I should get a refund they changed the invoice and said it was an error and there is no refund. This is not how you conduct a business on multiple levels of both service as well as billing. We were very disappointed with this company and would not recommend this company to anyone! I would give this company zero stars if I was able.

I called Trilogy at 3pm and they got here by 7pm on the same day. Great for an 85deg day in Houston with the aircon gone down!! Alex was super nice and fixed everything up in 45min. Would definitely use them again.

Mr Alexander Amaya was the technician who came out to check our AC. He was courteous, very professional and was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem. Highly recommended!

Update: I spoke to soon on my review. Exactly a week after Alex came out, AC was having issues again. Alex came out the second time and now tells us that the problem was the leaky evaporator coil, when he told my husband the first time that there were no leaks! How he came to that conclusion the first time when he did not even open and look at it during the first inspection, beats me. Pretty much all he did the first time was a quick fix. Currently we are in the process of waiting, as supposedly, the replacement part can take anywhere between 3-4 weeks because of Covid delays, but Racquel from Trilogy tells me that if we pay the $2500 out-of-pocket, she can have somebody come by to the house and get it fixed tomorrow. Where is the logic in that? Obviously money talks! This is our 3rd day being displaced from our home, my son had suffered heat rash and we are not sleeping well due to anxiety and frustration. This company has been dodging in providing us the accurate information and not explaining to us the whole process so as to pressure us to purchase out-of-pocket. My trust level has certainly gone down from zero to non-existent with them, so if ever you have AC issues, do not bother going to them, you will be wasting your time, money and effort!!!! If I could give them zero star, I would!!!

The technician Alexander Amaya was knowledgeable, courteous and performed the service to our satisfaction. They had an opening earlier than scheduled and it worked well for us. Overall we’re very pleased with the service.

They were fantastic. Came out to check the problem with my AC system early the next day Tuesday. Found the problem (heating system) and got a replacement unit in and working early Thursday.
With other companies in the past i havent gotten the first inspection for over a week.
I would use them again and highly recommend them for any AC needs.
