Trilogy AC

Great experience with this company. Joslyn in customer service answered all my questions, very responsive. Yassar who was out to inspect my existing system was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful thru out the process. Great guy. The installation crew did an amazing job installing a complete new system.This team is a great asset for Trilogy. Definitely recommend this company

Alex and Orvid did a great job cleaning my air ducts and even took care if painting and cleaned my panel boxes. Will be using them again for sure. Excellent service.

Alex for Trilogy Services AC was very knowledgeable of the work he did on our heating system. He completed the job in a timely manner. He also didn't mind the 2 cats and dog that we have 🙂 Alex was very kind and respectful. I would 100% recommend Trilogy Services AC.

They are certainly to notch. They work on an air conditioner that keeps our servers cool. They knew exactly what the issue was and corrected it. They also checked other known parts that are subject to failure and assured me that everything was in proper working order. Call them with the confidence that they are honest and will solve your AC/heating issues. We will hire them again.

This company offered to run my credit to see what kind of financing I could get.

Long story short I decided not to accept the terms and somehow i still ended up with a credit card from synchrony bank without my authorization!

Now I’ll have to deal with the bank and the credit bureau to remove this account.

I don’t know if this company gets a kick back from singing up users to the credit card but if they do I wouldn’t be surprised if they went ahead and submitted my authorization without my knowledge.

UPDATE:

Spoke with Raquel about the issue, same person who ran my credit, she told me she would reach out to the bank and call me the following day.

It has been 2 days since we spoke and I have not gotten a call back and my emails have gone unanswered.

Please reconsider doing business elsewhere.

They were very professional, Mario and his crew were very honest about what needed to be done and they did and amazing job. He showed me before and after pictures and the price was very responsible for what he did by far I’m very happy.

I had a great experience with Trilogy A/C. Both guys that came out Jose to diagnose the situation and Alex who actually fixed my problem. Thank you so much y’all are the best I have dealt with. We have had horrible experiences with home warranty service technicians but our faith is renewed with this company. Not only was Alex prompt prompt to arrive, he was professional courteous. He diagnosed our problem and we are on the path for correcting this issue. Thank you SO MUCH for all your help ! Highly recommend this company!!

I was convincely informed that I was in need of a deep cleaning of the air ducts in my house instead of the regular basic cleaning. The sales rep was extremely thorough and professional in her presentation. With all of the dishonesty going on in our world today makes it hard to trust strangers in your personal space.
As for Trilogy, I look forward to calling on them again in the future.
Lest, I forget, the technicians were extremely professional. Many Technicians don't close the door when entering and exiting. Not Rachid and Daniel. Each time they came in and out of my house.....they closed the door.....that's what you call "Thoughtfulness.....Trilogy is the way to go!!!

Alex did an outstanding job. He showed up on time was very professional and very thorough in his work. He also did a very good job of cleaning up the place when he was finished. I would recommend his work and Trilogy's work anywhere
