Optimal Air Solutions replaced my old original Air Handling unit. They arrived within the appointment window and were very courteous and professional. They provided some extras to improve on the old installation at no additional charge. Pricing was good and they offered a significant cash discount. I would definitely recommend them.

The team at Optimal Air was fantastic. Joey came out right on time to give us an estimate on the work. He was quick, professional, and friendly and gave us a fair quote. The next day I called and scheduled the work for the following Monday. Eric and his team of installers were great. They arrived on time Monday morning with smiles ready to work. Eric introduced me to all of the members of his crew. They were all professional and courteous even with my giant lab barking at them every time they walked through the door. They covered the floor and stairs and even vacuumed when they were done. The work looks really great! My daughter came home from school and went to her room upstairs (which has stayed warm no matter what we tried before) and she immediately noticed the difference in temperature. She said we should hire Optimal Air for all our future AC work. My husband and I completely agree!

Optimal Air Solutions came out to give me a quote which was still good a month later when I was ready to get it fixed. They were professional, very courteous, and took the time to look at and fix other things I was worried about. They also looked up if the unit was still under warranty which I had no idea, they found it was so it saved some big bucks. Awesome job, will/would use again.

Steve and his team were very responsive, timely, professional at competitive. They gave me options to consider based on my needs and circumstances. They shared the pros and cons to each option and then made a recommendation. The work was done in a professional manner. No debris left behind and no dirt dragged into the house. Optimal Air Solutions is a truly professional company. They are knowledgeable about correct size and model units to install, they offer fair prices and make a great effort to help with financing.
The entire staff of Optimal is polite, positive, helpful and knowledgeable from the office staff to the repair and installation staff. The show up on time, work efficiently and offer explanations regarding their work. When they leave, they leave no litter.

My service man Buddy Finley was exceptional and very professional and personable while performing my repairs. He listened to my explanation of our issue with interest before beginning the necessary work. Jamie and Terri the office receptionists and schedulers were very helpful and caring also. We are so happy to have found Optimal Air that works on units in condominiums as not many companies do. This is a family owned business with a caring attitude and that is so refreshing to find nowadays! They also have a maintenance program for AC and heating units that we have signed up for also! Thank you all for your help with our needed repairs! ....As a follow up to these earlier posted comments, I would just like to add that we ended up needing to have our entire unit replaced due to old age and a freon leak and everyone at Optimal Air was extremely helpful, friendly, professional, honest and fair in their pricing! They are one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with!

We originally used Optimal Air Solutions to replace our whole A/C about two years ago and more recently for some routine maintenance. In both cases we experienced quick responses, great customer service, and quality work. Definitely recommend!
