We were very satisfied to have Optimal Air Solutions to come out to check our system. Buddy arrived ahead of schedule but I was notified ahead of time. He has professional demeanor. He pointed out some underlying issues in my system and gave me some advice. I will definitely call them back for service. It is paperless invoicing. I paid online. Quick and easy.

We had a great experience with Optimal Air Solutions. Our A/C wasn't quite cooling as it should have been so I called and left a message. The call was returned within 30 minutes and the office staff was very friendly when setting up our appointment. The repairman was on-time and courteous. He fixed the problem and the price was very fair. We'll be calling them again when the time comes.

We had a great experience working with Optimal Air. Steve, Ryan and the entire team is very knowledgeable about this industry and we are very glad to have sub-contractors like this team. We have never been let down on any project and simply put "THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING"! We will definitely be using them in the future projects.

Great job by Optimal. 8/31/20. First, I used to do installs many years ago and appreciate challenges of the business. The quality of the installation was exceptional got a new Trane XV20I unit, furnace, Wifi thermostat. Included a new insulated plenum with dampeners, drip pan with float switch, new vent and drain piping, pad. I sent out for bids to 5 of Katy area / Richmond's top AC companies based upon reviews, BBB membership, etc. Optimal had the most competitive pricing and could deliver a Trane unit right away. Some responders could not get certain equipment and steered me to only what they could get (lower efficiency single stage units). Optimal had a broad range from low efficiency to very high. Others that had the high efficiency equipment were much higher than Optimal with their bids. Optimal also like some of the responsders included all the extras. The highest bidders even wanted to add on $500 for an insulated plenum which was included in some of the bids at lower prices with equivalent or better equipment. Buddy was the sales person and did a great job of explaining all the options. All the area providers were professional and sent out capable staff to represent their products.

My experience with Optimal Air Solutions was excellent from start to finish. On the administrative side, they were very accommodating in making sure that the scheduled repair time met with my availability, and the technician that performed the work was very knowledgeable and walked me through the problem and the solution. I am extremely pleased with the performance of this company.

Tech was professional, diagnosed the issue immediately, and completed the repair without delay.

They are always on time, keep you informed of where they are, and where the process is. They have always done an outstanding job and getting our system, back up and running.

I have 2 ac units in my house, 1 went down in the evening, my units are almost 15 year old , local technician recommended to replace whole unit , next morning i check on Train web side they recommend Optimal Air Solutions,
I called 7:30 am , for service request, with in 10 min office manager Terri called and set up sales technician appointment, Terri was so helpful and professional.
Around 9:00 am sales technician Mr Joey was here , very professional and knowledgeable, he recommended to replace the unit , and offer me very good price with financing options,
There price was awesome (I already searched the price with others), I asked any more special if I replaced both units, he called his boss and get me the unbelievable price for two Train units with installation, I agreed and apply financing and order done at 10am , (with in hour).
Installers whole team was here at 12 noon same day and my both systems installed and running at 6:30pm ,
Both Erik and Gilbert with 8 others technician, theirs team was very professional,
Whole job was done excellent,
From beginning to end they are well professional. Office manager Terri’s monitoring and follow up on whole job was great , I really appreciate whole staff to provide fast and timely manner, excellent service.👏👏👏

I called Optimal Air Solutions for a drainage issue in my attic. The office was responsive and very pleasant to talk to. I was pleased when quoted a reasonable time and that a technician would text when on his way. Caleb was on time, knowledgeable, fast and told me of future repairs I may need. They will be the ac service I recommend and use in the future. Prices are very honest and very reasonable. 5 stars all the way!!!
