Update for 2023: We continue to trust Optimal Air Solutions for our AC systems. 5 stars!

Our long-time "A/C guy" moved to Optimal Air Solutions several years ago and we had a need for service at our new house. Optimal did a site inspection and found some insulation issues that we otherwise wouldn't have known about. They proceeded to fix and replace various components of our system. Some of the work was covered under warranty, but for work that wasn't, prices were reasonable. An Optimal tech came over yesterday for a regular maintenance service and was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. I recommend Optimal Air Solutions wherever possible.

We are very pleased with Optimal Solutions overall service call. Jacob Settle, the technician, was very polite, knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. He was honest and didn’t try to upsell us for his service. He is definitely a credit to the company.

I had Optimal Air Solutions install a new AC Trane with a Furnace in 2020. The system works great. Both the owner Steve and Buddy did a great job. They came and inspected the units after the installation. Yesterday, I had an appointment with them to tune up my AC. The technician named Eric came to do the tune-up. He did an excellent job. He was very professional, friendly, and very respectful. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He came on time and explained things clearly. I highly recommend them for your AC needs.

We searched for a company that provided installation and backed with repairs and maintenance. Optimal also offers a maintenance contract. We have just renewed because of they have lived up to advertised services. We have had the same technician each call. Javier arrives on time, performs all checks, and asks if there is anything extra he can do before leaving. We hope to have Javier for all future calls. He is a professional Optimal rep and an asset to the company. We would recommend Optimal to anyone looking for reputable HVAC installation and service

Technician diagnosed the problem quickly. Updated me on the issue and simple fix. Fixed the problem cleaned up after himself once completed.

Jacob helped us set up the thermostats for our new home and share with us proper maintenance and completed the warranty registration for me.
