Did the job under warranty. Even though the original purchaser of the house (ac system) was not us. That was good to see. Tech had a slight attitude but did the job and that's all (not really) that matters. I appreciate it. I would use them again

Huge praise for Optimal Air Solutions! I cannot recommend a company any higher than the AC company we use. I was fully expecting to have to replace our unit at a HUGE cost... they aren't cheap. I applied for financing through them, and was approved for the full estimate they gave me. So they had money in hand essentially. The tech came out this afternoon with I'm sure the full picture and even though they could easily have had a big sale today, he fixed our unit for under 200 bucks. Yes we still need a new unit. But instead of taking the easy sale, they provided incredible customer service and helped us squeeze a bit more life out of the unit we have. Please use them if you are in Houston!!

The blower motor went out on my system. Optimal Air came to look at it and discovered the needed part was on back order from the manufacturer until MARCH!! They didn’t let that stop them though and they tirelessly worked until they found a solution that would work with my system!

They have been our “go to” A/C company for over 10 years! They ALWAYS go above and beyond. They are super professional and reasonable. CALL THEM!!
