Optimal air company very professional and very quick. Owner of the company Steve was very respective and taking his time on weekend in hot day to install the unit. There were couple of issues during the installation but the they took all necessary steps to eliminate them. Next day after installation owner came to check all the work and final tune up. Lennox 5t 16 seer 2 stage unit including all heating furnace ,condenser, evaporator cooler with 4 in April Air whole house media air filtration system. One more thing is Air Scrubber which purifies the air and kill all germs and it is working great.

SpringFall maintenance checkup done each year. Mostly just paid for the reasonable checkup charges. This time a bad AC part was found that would have caused more damage during high use with summer heat. Replaced and now confident for a good operating unit. Very friendly and informative technician.
