I was so impressed from start to finish with Optimal Air Solutions in replacing my air conditioning system. They quickly responded to my request for an estimate and had the best price of all the other companies I researched.
Their timely and quick response setting an appointment for an estimate, keeping me posted via text on their arrival time, and professionalism of the company, staff and installers was top-notch. They took care and protected my floors and garage, and cleaned up everything. I look forward to using Optimal Air Solutions as my HVAC company in years to come for service and maintenance.

We had a ceiling leak that was dripping all night. Buddy from Optimal came first thing in the morning and fixed the problem fairly quickly. Buddy was really cool, explained everything to me and did great work. I called a few places and Optimal was the first to get back to me. Very professional and once they became aware of my situation (newborn in the house) they sent Buddy over well ahead of the original appointment block. So as I sit here writing this review in my cool AC I can say I would recommend them. I’m not a review leaver, but it’s Houston, it’s hot and quality AC people are hard to find. $89 charge to come out, but goes toward whatever needs to be done. Price was fair in my opinion. AC problems are rarely cheap. Optimal is solid.

The AC problem I had was resolved in 30 minutes and he explained to me what the issue was. I will definitely call them in the future for AC maintenance. Had them quote a whole home dehumidifier and fixing problems with duct that the builders HVAC folks did. Their quote was very competitive. They were pleasant to work with. And they did what they said they would do, for the price they quoted. In fact they did a little extra to take care of an issue we didn't see right away and fixed it while they were here. Great people to work with. I would recommend them to everyone.
