Optimal Air Solutions exceeded my expectations! My AC thermostat was not functioning properly, and I did an online search to find a company serving the Cypress area. I took a chance and called Optimal Air, and I'm so glad I did! Everyone was so friendly from the beginning...starting from call intake right on over to our repairman, Buddy Finley. They arrived ahead of schedule, completed the job in an efficient, timely manner, kept me updated every step of the way and the cost of repair was less than I was expecting! Other companies I have dealt with in the past used scare tactics to try and make a big sell, but that was not my experience with Optimal Air Solutions. They dealt with me fairly and honestly. I appreciate that in a company. The caregiver for my mother even commented on how warm and friendly our repair guy, Buddy Finley was today. Was able to schedule repairs with Optimal within a day of discovering a leak in the AC system. Jorge arrived on time, put down a floor cover to prevent dirt from the attic and got to work to repair a condenser leak. He finished in less than an hour, verified the system was cooling properly and was on his way. Great staff, great company!

Optimal Air Solutions did an outstanding job from start to finish! They jumped right on my estimate, came and checked my system and scheduled replacement all very quickly. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and helpful. The install crew was amazing as well. They answered all my questions and walked me thru everything.
