This company serviced our home when the previous owners lived there; the previous owners must have really liked their service because they included ME Brown's contact info in a binder they gave us of all our warranties and manuals!

Great service, David was very thorough and checked a bunch of diagnostics even after the problem was identified. They also were quick to schedule and come out, so we were only sweating for a day. He also made sure everything was working well in the attic on a 100deg day!

I highly recommend this company for your AC services. If you are looking for the cheapest, then more than likely this will not be the company for you. However, quality of work, understanding the project and service, FAR outweigh a couple of thousand dollars to me. So, if you are like me, then these are your people.

This is how ME Brown left my 75 year old mother-in-law’s air conditioning condenser unit after servicing it. Actually this is a huge safety hazard as there are exposed electrical components that a child could come in contact with.

I do have to say ME Brown was very prompt in rectifying this issue and I understand human mistakes happen. After this issue I recognize ME Brown stands behind their work and that is respectable.

David Brown was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem with our A/C unit, obtain the replacement part, and get everything running again.
