ME Brown Air Conditioning is the best! They are family owned and are professional, honest and reasonable. I have been using them for 18 years. I would not consider using anyone else. When I first bought this house, I had a leak in the hall from the AC. I had a company quote me almost $800. My neighbor suggested I call ME Brown. Mark Brown came and repaired it for $76. I’ve been with them since.

Responded same day I called. Arrived on time. Kept house very clean. Diagnosed and repaired. All very efficient. Only minor complaint is: My AC drain line was backed up. Technician Lex fixed it very efficiently. It would have been nice if he had vacuumed up the water that was sitting in the drain pan.

My family has used ME Brown Air Conditioning for many many years, and they're the best, hands down. Always responsive, professional, and friendly. I wouldn't use anyone else.

These guys did an awesome job. Our system broke during the pandemic! They were quick to respond; even lent us a window unit to keep us cool until they could get to our repair. Prices were fair and reasonable. Family owned and operated. This is our second or third experience with them and they are the best. Highly recommend.

My question is, why did I wait so long before calling ME Brown Co. Problem solved and I am satisfied. Enough said...

ME Brown installed my system around 10 years ago. I've used them since for yearly maintenence and any other needs I might have. I do highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the tech’s work. He was very polite and careful to not track mud into house. He was knowledgeable and checked everything. I highly recommend this business.
I do have one question regarding the added coolant. Lex told me he had good news for me that I only needed 1pound of coolant, but invoice said I paid for 3.+ pounds. Did I misunderstand Lex?

This family owned business is professional, personable, and just overall amazing. They call you back right away and keep you updated. Our A/C unit was not working on an area of the home, they came out THAT SAME DAY to check things out. They did not leave until the issue was resolved!

They are patient and explain the issue and solution in a very clear way without being condescending. I appreciated their integrity as well and got the sense that they not only wanted to help us cool the house right away but pay a fair price. I have their number saved for any future concerns and to also refer to family and friends.
