My old AC was borked (had a leaked condenser coil) so the unit had trouble cooling. It couldn't pull moisture out so imagine 60 some percent humidity despite 70 some degree weather in late March. I was searching around for a local mom-n-pop company that does honest work. Stumbled upon M.E. Brown AC; they've been in the business for 3 some decades so I took a chance. I'm proud to say the reward outweigh the risk. David came out to diagnose the system and was thorough with his diagnosis. He took the time to explain what was wrong with the unit and offered choices on replacement. Wes came out to guide me through the selection process. They sent a wonderful install team out (even kept my house cleaned after the install!) and I was living in paradise in no time! Overall, excellent service and work. I highly recommend M.E. Their office promptly answered my call and passed along the message to a service person. They have a new system that can text appointment window info (also get emails) and a notice when heading your way. I always appreciate efficent communication. David was friendly, professional, and found the problem with our upstair's unit right away. He explained the repair and showed me an itemized estimate on a tablet before work began. He also switched out our downstair's thermostat to an ecobee. He wore shoe covers when coming in and out of the house. I opted to pay by credit card on the tablet at the end of service. Everything is running properly again, and we know ME Brown guarantees the work and parts as described.
