So I have the brilliant idea if installing a nest thermostat by myself and end up with a non functional ac system, I did a Google search when I found Travis, was able to chat with him real time inside of the Google search ( very cool feature btw) and he explained me the issue, he arrive on time in the time window he mentioned, I believe I paid a fair price for the mistake I made but I'm totally happy because he installed the nest thermostat for me, it was a dream that I had since I decided to purchase a house, my advice is if you are in his service area contact him chat with and he will help you out with his very professional skills, thanks Travis, stay safe
