Marcos' AC & Heating Services

Marcos AC installed a new air handler for me a couple of months ago. When my blower motor kicked the dust on a Saturday evening, Marcos was one of only two places to return my call on a Sunday. I talked with Marcos for awhile about my options and he is a very laid back guy - no BS, no pushiness. He came out, took a look, and said the unit was repairable, but given the overall condition of the unit I asked him to replace the whole thing. Once that was decided he went to work contacting the manufacturer and secured a new unit by the very next day. His guys were out the following morning to do the install, and they worked quickly. They were very careful taking each air handler up and down my stairs - no nicks in the wall or anything like that. And they left the area pretty clean. My only complaint was that one of them, after a trip to the circuit breaker in my garage, borrowed a step ladder without asking. Not a huge deal - he returned it when he was done. Marcos stopped by at the start and end of the job, which was appreciated, and the final bill stayed within the range we had previously discussed (albeit at the top end). Many weeks later my A/C is nice and cool on these hot July days and I'm satisfied with the outcome. I'd call Marcos again for my future HVAC needs.

Last Monday night I noticed the air was no cooling so on Tuesday Marcos AC and Heating were contacted and they had someone give me a call back to find a time for them to come out. We agreed on Thursday however on Wednesday I got a call from the company asking if Marcos could come over to see what was going on. He arrived and started investigating the issue took me down and explained the problem to me. A go forward decision was made on Thursday Marcos team came that morning to start the installation which was completed before 3 PM. I will say it has been extremely comfortable in the house now. They are a company who was truthful and fair and values customer service! They have a great team that installed a new unit that now supports the three levels of the home. Can't beat that service!

Overall Marco’s AC and Heating Service was very professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone. Five Stars in my book!

Summary: Upon arrival to my residence Marcus listen to me and didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need, he provided me with options that we’re within my budget. I am very happy with the service they provided me!!

I would highly recommend using Marcos A/C. It was an outstanding experience and our new A/C unit works great! Mike was awesome! He helped us through the entire process and demonstrated professionalism, thorough knowledge of product, and was super friendly. Alex and his team of installers were very efficient and friendly on the day of installation as well. Overall, an excellent experience!

From first contact back in July 2016 when out of 7 firms I called Marcos was the only one that said "I'll be there tomorrow" to today with very quick response for a "broken" thermostat, they are superb. Got a whole new system in 2016 they have kept it working like a charm since then. This morning after 2 techs got things rolling, Marcos himself did the install of the new thermostat. Always a quick response. Good people, too.

They have always taken great care us. Marcos AC & Heating have always been honest and forthright in helping me save money when I haven’t needed to replace everything, but just something small that needed replacing. They do exceptional work and they back it up with their customer service. I have recommended them to anyone needing ac and heating work and will continue to do so.

We needed an emergency drain line repair and Marcos AC's team showed up 30 mins after my call. The team that showed up were very knowledgeable and professional. The communication with the owners is always pleasant and they are eager to solve any of our AC issues. I've used them in the past for other repairs (scrubber filter, plenum switch) and they continue to impress. Thanks again!

Our furnace was not heating today after the power outages and ice storms. Marcos helped us reset and troubleshoot via text / FB and we were able to get our heat going again before the power goes out again! We are very very grateful for his willingness to help!! 100% recommend!

They were very fast and knowledgeable when they installed my new unit.

I can honestly say that these guys were very responsive. Most of us know what it is like to lose your AC in the summer time. The first guy I called worked on it previously and I called four more.
The summer time is busy and you would be lucky to get it fixed in three days. So, Marco came out to my house and said I needed my furnace replaced. I am thinking that this is going to take a while. Thirty minutes later, there were six guys at my house with the parts they needed. There are many services you can get for your home. I had home shield and it took me a week to get a new AC in.
I will say that they are not the cheapest in town, but who wants cheap when you get great service in just hours. I was actually surprised when he said they would be finished in a couple of hours. Only Marco's will work on my A/C wherever I may live!
