For years I have used this company to perform maintenance and installation on my heating and air-conditioning system and have paid them thousands of dollars. I always tried to maintain confidence that what they were doing was correct because I am not an air-conditioning specialist. Recently, within the last three years, I have been having trouble with proper air circulation throughout the three bedrooms on my second floor. This company came into my home and made a decision to install an additional duct to my Plenum with the intent of solving the problem. I continued to have the problem but was not aware that the problem had been exacerbated by what Marcos air-conditioning did when installing the additional duct. They tried to convince me to add additional thermostats and other fixes that would cost thousands of dollars. So, recently I had two more air-conditioning companies come into my home to review our system and see what they would inform me what might be the problem. Both companies informed me that Marcos air-conditioning had installed a duct at the end of the Plenum going to the master bedrooms on our second floor. By air-conditioning standards, you never install a duct at the end of a Plenum because it distorts the flow of air going into ducts of other rooms located on the side of the plenums. What it does do is force the airflow directly into the one duct, at the end of the Plenum, and can misdirect air going to the other ducts and can even cause suction that can take away air from the other ducts correctly located on the side of the Plenum. Both companies also informed me that there were multiple leaks in ducts that needed to be fixed. I would’ve thought that these leaks would have been fixed with the thousand dollar plus maintenance fees that I was paying this company. All of these problems were presented to me in pictures of my air-conditioning system by these two companies. I contacted the owner of the company and asked him to fix the problem at no cost and he refused. So, I now am using a reputable air-conditioning company.

These guys are the best AC contractor in all of Houston. Honest, Professional, On-Time and will let you know what repairs are needed and costs. We highly recommend this company and will be happy to share and refer them to anyone I know.

We had high humidity in our house & were getting mildew on our clothes & furniture. Marcos recommended some adjustments on our thermostat and the humidity dropped approximately 20%. We plan to use them for future AC activity.

Inspected every aspect of my system and charged one maintenance fee. I’ve had two other companies do work on my system the past 3 years and this technician with this company was the most thorough.
