Marcos A/C exceeded my expectations with their customer service and professionalism. I was able to have a quote within 1 day for a whole new system. His pricing is very competitive when comparing to others I quoted, and in most cases offered a better packaged solution. During the quote visit Marcos was very thorough, looking at the entire system and explained my options in detail. Something I did not expect was him sharing his knowledge on how to properly maintain an A/C system, something other contractors did not even care to mention. The installation took 1 day and they carefully removed the old equipment, hauled the trash and made sure there was no damage done to the house. They also took the time to setup a new smart thermostat and even showed me the features. Two weeks after install, I even received all the extended warranty paper work for my new system, something they do as a courtesy (rather than having the homeowner submit everything).

After installation Marcos followed up to make sure everything is working as expected to ensure we are still happy with the way our house is cooling, especially now that we are entering the summer months. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to do business with them in the future.

Marcos' AC was great. They were professional, friendly, and competitively priced with the best financing. (0%!) We replaced both units after our downstairs unit died. We decided on a Saturday and they were installing the following Monday. Mike H. was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond with his customer service. I've been using Marcos AC for the past couple of years and they have always done a great job! We use them for routine maintenance and they recently replaced the old unit in our attic over the summer. Once it was time to replace it, I gave Edward a call and he got us on the schedule right away. I could not be happier with their customer service. Marcos AC has taken care of our air conditioning and heating for 20 + years now and we wouldn’t have it any other way! They are always responsive and their service is excellent. They took time to review our needs and options recently when we lost an old unit during the freeze. We decided to replace it and we’re very pleased with our new installation and the tutorials on learning the new, more modern thermostat! They’re a great company!

Marcos AC did an excellent job at my house. They are very professional, honest and respectful. They gave me suggestions of the work that needed to be done. They are experts on the AC area. After their visit, the AC is working perfectly, plus they offer maintenance services, so they will keep coming. I highly recommend them.

Marcos' Did a great job finding the problem and fixing it within a couple of hours after I called their office. Super service giving that I had spent all morning trying to find AC company. I have a two story Condo and many AC companies didn't even want to come out because of it. Others said leave message and no reply. My HVAC is very old and was afraid they would say you need a complete new system. This is what I get from the big corporate AC companies. Marcos' is family owned and local. This is the only way to go if you want reliable service at a reasonable price and not a salesman.
