We had a leak due to the AC. It was coming in through the ceiling. It happened on a Friday and called AHS to schedule a contractor. We were assigned Advanced Comfort Solutions. The lady told us they could see us on Monday. I asked if they had any openings on Saturday because of the leak. She said she would keep us posted if they had a cancellation. She called a couple minutes later saying that she would have a tech out the next day in the morning. Matthew came within the time window promised. He was so nice. He was able to quickly diagnose the source of the leak. He fixed it and gave us some tips as he worked. We had a wonderful experience with Matthew. Please request him. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! American home shield contracted this company to check out our A/C system. The person they send checked out our A/C unit in 5-10min and gave AHS a false diagnosis. They blocked our number and refused to give us a quote. We had to pay to have an electrician to come out, which revealed that the diagnosis this company gave was completely false. They ruined our ability to get our AC fixed by AHS due to their false diagnosis. We reached out to reputable HVAC company to receive a second opinion. This company also revealed that the diagnosis Advance Comfort Solutions gave was false.

This company is a scam artist.... DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!!!! There was nothing wrong with my AC unit. They were only called out under my warranty company just to check and service my AC for the summer. They shorted out the AC which burned out one of my units and lied about it expecting me to purchase a new unit from them. My AC units worked just fine prior to them servicing them now I have a broken AC and they refuse to repair their damages. This company is a SCAMMER!!!!! Please beware!!!! I am reporting them to the Texas Dept of Licensing & Regulation.

I have American Home Shield warranty and they send these bozos out to diagnose our central AC problem. The guy was there 5 minutes and left. He didn't even check pressures in the system! He made up a diagnosis that the dryer filter was failing and needed to be replaced but had to charge me for 17 lbs of freon at $85/lb = $1450!!! That didn't sound right, so I called a licensed AC tech I know for a 2nd opinion, and he confirmed my suspicion that the diagnosis was absolutely false! Avoid these guys at all costs. AHS should use better 3rd party companies to do their work.

Same issue as the other ppl in the other bad reviews! Avoid these ppl!! Matthew came out twice and messed up our a/c both times and even had an attitude after we told him our a/c wasn’t blowing cold air. They do not know what they are doing!

basically, you need to call your home warranty. find out what is wrong with your problem before you called them. wonder why they get high of rating here..

The lady in the office is very rude, aggressive and not cooperative. The 3-4 hour time gap is really burdensome for workers. I will not use them again with American Home shield Warranty.

This company installed a brand new AC system for me. A few weeks later the part of the AC unit in my attic started leaking into my ceiling because they did not install a drip pan large enough for the unit. This caused water to to leak into my ceiling and caused damage. They have been refusing to fix this and have become unresponsive. They have been telling me they were looking for painters since June and it still has not been fixed. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. I would not recommend them even if they were less expensive.

This company was assigned to me via AHS on the weekend when my AC went out. Not only did they call me on the weekend to schedule but they promptly scheduled me for Monday and got to me within the timeframe specified. Matt our technician was courteous and got the parts needed to fix out AC the same day! Yes, you read correctly, the same day. I would highly recommend this company and Matt.

owner do not want to do their due diligence on manufacturer on what is allowed and not allowed even after customer confirm with Carrier that unit is allowed. refused to call to confirm and end up screwing me on my home warranty. terrible company who thinks he knows everything but do not want to confirm. DO NOT USE!!!
