Guys came by and dismissed a complete replacement proposal to another company that had disconnected wires. Replaced the capacitor with my own product and got everything back and running. Due to their ethical practices I will use them when it’s time to replace the units.

Mr Marcos has been my AC guy since the eighties. Has redone several of my outside units and air handlers on houses we have lived in in the past. His sons now help him run the business. All his help have been well trained and schooled on the latest technology. Marcos will do your work for the best price, quickest response and will do only what is required or requested by you. You will NOT do better (price or performance) than Marcos... !

Our AC decided to act up over the weekend and give up on us. Edward promptly answered my service call and able to get my AC going for its last time. After assessing the unit, we decided it was time to upgrade as the previous unit was highly inefficient and undersized for our place. Edward discussed the different units that he would recommend. He was clear and concise about the units and their costs. The sale technique is what we all hope for people to use, pure honesty. When the installation team came, they worked hard and nonstop. Their work ethic and efficiency was unparalleled. They took turns eating lunch to ensure there was at least one person working at all times. Once they were done installing it all, they cleaned and picked up everything. I highly recommend them. I wish all service companies would copy their standards to work ethics and transparency.

I had my first interaction with Marcos' AC in the summer of 2019 when my coil was freezing over. They were out the same day to diagnose the issue and gave us several options in our to make my wife feel more comfortable. When I asked Marcos which option he would choose, he chose the least expensive of the three. That was a big trust component for me because may businesses use fear as a selling tool Marcos was able to explain everything in layman's terms. Marcos and his team are friendly and knowledgeable. His pricing is very fair as well. I would not hesitate to refer his company to any of my friends and family.

Marcos AC’s service was excellent. They delivered all that they promised, were very professional and clean, and did a thorough job on my new heating and cooling system. Talk about great service.....I bought a new phone and my Nest thermostat would not connect. Since I am not good with technology I called Marco. He personally came to my house 🏠 and got me back on line. That's why l have been with Marco's A/C for 10 years

Called on a Friday for AC repair. They very politely scheduled a time to come out. Never came, never texted, and never answered my afternoon calls. Now I’m stuck paying weekend rates to another company.

Responding to the response from the company, not sure what happened but I’m toning down my review and changing the rating to three stars since I believe honest mistakes can happen.

I had hot water issues and thermostat issues over a weekend. I called and Marcos JR answered and got my service call set up. He was prompt and very knowledgeable. He tried to retrofit a solution to my thermostats to save me money. Unfortunately, he had to install new ones. He helped me register them and set them up on my iPhone app. I appreciated that he tried to save me money. I really like dealing with a family owned business that gives you personalized attention. He was very friendly, professional and I now have his cell phone in case something goes wrong or I have other questions. I don’t think I would get that type of attention from a big, corporate vendor.

Marcos AC is top notch in terms of quality and customer service. I was having an AC issue that was discovered late at night and I reached out to Marcos AC. To my surprise, not only did they respond way after hours, but they had a worker out first thing in the morning to take care of my AC problem! The level of service is the best you are going to find in the area. On top of that, you are getting quality workmanship. I highly recommend!
