I moved to Houston in 1990. Marcos family ac was referred to me and I have had the pleasure of working with his entire staff and wonderful family!! Totally trustworthy and consider them my friends!! As with most Houstonians I depend on Marcos for routine and emergency requests. Always a positive experience in our hot,humid and wonderful city!!!

Our outdated HVAC system stopped working and we have made a decision to replace it. We got quotes from multiple companies. Although we had reasonable offers, after talking to Chris from Marcos AC, it was no question for us that we will go with Marcos. Chris was very professional, accurately described the options, listened to our needs, and was not pushy or vague. The pricing was fair and honest, and they install high quality products (Trane). The professionalism carried through the entire install process, the installers worked very hard, they did their best to find solution to issues that arose (we have an older home with not much attic space and limited accessibility, as well as the units are high on a platform). They also uncovered some issues with the ducts and openings, and they addressed to insure that the system works perfectly. I also want to note that although Marcos is a small business, they have financing options.
Overall, we were fully satisfied, and can highly recommend Marcos AC for service or installing new units. We certainly will stay with them for the years to come.

After having bad luck and being ripped off by two other ac companies, I was lucky to be introduced to Marcos' AC & Heating company. They were prompt, courteous and informative with the issues at hand. His technicians worked efficiently with both of my ac units I have needed replaced over the years.
What I am most pleased with though is I have recommended this company time and again to my friends and my clients and they have been as satisfied with this company as I am!

I called Marcos AC for air conditioner service. They were respectful of my life schedule and worked with me, around my timeline to get a crew out to my house. The crew was very polite and respectful. They figured out my issues and gave me multiple solutions. They caused no panic nor did they try to over-sale (which always seems to happen with so many aspects of life). I found this to be the refreshing and amazing. They fixed my issues and now my wife will have to figure out something else to be mad at me about. Thank you Marcos’ AC & Heating Service. I have used Marcos AC on multiple occasions and they have been exceptional. They put in a full system top to bottom; the price was great and the service was awesome. Example: they fill out and submit all of the warranty information for you as a small way to make the experience easier. More importantly the install was professional and Marcos is great to deal with. I blow him up with texts all the time with questions or quick quotes.

Trustworthy!! We’ve used Marcos AC many times and they never disappoint. All the technicians are knowledgeable. They do a great job of communicating their arrival and explaining the work that needs to be performed.

In the midst of this freezing frigid weather I finally got power after 4 days but found that I had no heat. I called Marcos Ac and within 30 minutes they were here and they worked diligently to troubleshoot and fix the issue.

The technicians were professional and were properly attired wearing masks and booties for my protection.

I am so grateful for their quick response in this time of emergency and would recommend them to anyone who is having any AC or heating issues.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Called at 7:50 on Sunday morning of Labor Day weekend and Marcos was there by 9:30! I was very impressed that the owner was taking service calls on a holiday weekend- treating his employees right and doing the same for me as the customer. He was upfront on pricing and had the parts we needed on the van. We had cold air blowing by 10:15! Marcos showed up in a marked vehicle, uniform and a big photo ID badge clipped on which I think is a nice touch when answering the door to strangers.

I have been using Marcos' AC & Heating for 6 years now. They installed my unit in 2013 and have been maintaining it since. This is a great family run company and is an asset to Spring Branch. Thanks again to Marcos' for meeting all of my A/C and heating needs.

Update: I had a gas leak in my house. The gas company came out and disconnected the service at the furnace. I called Marcos around 12:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon and the technician made it over around 4:30 pm on the same afternoon. The technician replaced the damaged supply line, tested the heater, and was done by 5:30 pm. Once again, excellent and prompt service! Thanks again Marcos!
