Only the Best in Town. After years of trying to find an honest and reputable HVAC company read a review on Cool It and Vixiene and called him to troubleshoot a non working AC unit. He came over and found it to be a condenser and got it working again. He checked the system and didn't try to upsell me on anything in the subsequent years he replaced a downstairs cooling unit, again a fair price, great products, excellent service and no upsell, included a moisture sensor at no extra charge. A year ago the upstairs unit failed and again Vixiene replaced that unit and salvaged some parts that we could use on the other furnace unit should we need them in the future. This Christmas received the gift of Nest Thermostats, Vixiene came over to help me install them and didn't want to charge me. He and his company are first class, honest, fair and the only HVAC company I trust. I would recommend them to anyone!

My mother's AC unit is 18 years old and it has been working intermittently during the last few weeks. It would turn off and not turn back on most of the time. I had a few other local AC companies (highly rated) come to the house but none of them offered us any solution outside of replacing the entire AC system (+ $6k).

We decided to call Cool-It to get a quote for a new AC. Vixiene showed up to our house and asked me to explain the issues which we had been experiencing w/ our AC. I told him that the AC was old and needed to be replaced and that I wanted a quote for a new one. But Vixiene insisted so I explained what had been happening. He said that it was probably a clogged drain pipe and proceeded to clean out the drain pipe w/ a bottle of nitrogen. This solved our issue and we were thrilled! The clogged drain pipe was triggering the safety switch that kept shutting off the AC compressor. That was our issue. I was really impressed w/ Vixiene's honesty. He could have made a lot more money off of us if he would have done what every other AC company did which was tell us that we needed to get a new AC unit. But he performed a simple repair that saved us a lot of money.

Finally, after 29 years, I found an Air & Heating company that is competent, fair, and honest. For me, "finding" Cool It Air & Heat is a big deal. I have three AC-Heat systems and am tired of "pitch men" who overstate problems and offer costly solutions. The owner of Coot It, Vixiene, is straightforward honest and a man of his word. Most important, he will not fix it if it is not broken. I also advise anyone looking for AC/Heating service to check the company's standing with the BBB. For too many years I failed to do this and is has cost me dearly. Next, take time to look for reviews on the Internet. In conclusion, let me add that Cool It installers are the best. They left my place spotless.

Recently Coo-it replaced both AC units at my house. Vixiene and the team did a great job; very honest and professional from the beginning to the end, and with good price. He took the time twice to come explain questions I had, while the team was installing the AC units. I strongly recommend using Cool-it to install and maintain the AC and Heating units.

We were having dust problems. Cool It replaced or duct system. Problem resolved. The work they did for me was neat, clean and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Most recently my Nest thermostat on the wall showed to be working; however, the app showed, "Offline." I called Cool It and Billy told me that the problem could be the connection to the WIFI. I set the thermostat to connect with the 5 GHz side of the WIFI. Problem resolved ! Billy saved me the wait for and the cost of a service call. I will be using their service again should the need arise.

Our compressor broke down in June. We called several places for estimates, their pricing was the most competitive one. They are attentive to details and make sure everything works right after the unit is installed. They wore masks when working in our house, and were careful to take care the working area. We are happy with the services!

Warranty and Follow-Up: Cool It has been AWESOME. I have been using them since a bad experience with a different A/C company under AHS Home Warranty. They've been very responsive. Most recently, May 17th, they came out to check why condensate water was flowing out my emergency drain instead of the primary drain. It turns out the A/C unit in the attic wasn't level. Billy quickly checked on the problem, asked me what I encountered and then went about fixing it. They didn't charge me for it as they replaced the evaporator coil in December under the A/C unit's 10 year parts warranty. Vixiene and Billy called it part of the follow-up from December. These guys are great. Cool-It has been my go-to A/C company for almost 5 years. I have not had a bad experience with them, and they are fair and reasonable. There are alot of other shady A/C companies out there that always find expensive problems. I don't dread calling Cool-It!

A true AC repairman. I highly recommend Vixxene and Cool-It Air. I have used him over the last 6-7 years. He is an expert repairman and is the most honest person you will meet. Most recently, we had water leaking from one of our units in the attic and I automatically assumed the worse, needing a new evaporator coil $$$$. I called Cool it and when Vixenne came out and did his inspection, it was only a cracked pic pipe which only cost me a trip charge. What a blessing to find a true and honest repairman. This is only one example but in the past I had similar experiences with him. He will find the root problem and fix it at a reasonable cost and not try to sell you a whole new unit. Wish all repairman were more like him. 5 stars!!!!

"Cool-it" just finished installing a replacement AC in my man cave - a bit of a challenging venture to replace the existing mini-split system that did not work properly. They were innovative & professional in their work for a fair price. I highly recommend them for new quality HVAC systems.
