Billy went above and beyond in his service compared to others we have used. He advised on simple maintenance procedures that can help enhance the life of your unit. Nobody has ever done that for us. I've used this company for several years. They are wonderful!!!! HONEST, affordable and the owner is fantastic! I've had my AC's serviced with them, they've installed a new upstairs unit and beat everyone else. The installers were on time, no surprises and the owner comes out and inspects the work when the jobs done. I have been using Cool-it Air for several years and always find them professional, on-time, courteous and excellent service technicians. I recently had them replace my three old AC/Furnace units out with Trane units. They did an excellent job on the installation and new units are fantastic. Cool-it saved us big time!!! We really appreciated our a/c technician, Billy's knowledge, professionalism and most of all his honesty. Our house wasn't cooling down appropriately so I called a couple of HVAC companies to assess the issue. We were told by two other companies that the coil was bad and needed to be replaced now and the compressor would need to be replaced soon as well. However, Billy, the tech verified it's an older unit, but still working just fine and only needed a few pounds of freon to cool down the house. Not to mention we were told we needed a new circuit board, only for Billy to tell us the thermostat only needed to be rewired. A simple fix. Cool-it saved us thousands. Good service companies are hard to come by. Give them a try. You won't regret it.

Called for service and they were able to arrive the same day. Vixiene was professional, personalble and went out of his way to solve the problem, even going out in search of the needed replacement parts. The charge was less than anticipated and the air was up and running again in no time. Excellent Job! Will definitely reccomend to all friends and neighbors. Couldn't praise this company more! I’d like to start off by saying, I called a company before Cool It to come check out my unit and the tech pretty much tried to rip me off told me I had quite a few things wrong and tried to charge me about $3200. So of course I wanted to get another opinion and so Cool It told me it was only two things I needed done and the price was no where near what the last guy quoted me. Billy was a very honest man from the jump. He found the issue explained why it happened and got right to work. While working on my unit we had good conversation throughout whole process. Billy is a honest man doing a good job and he’s very knowledgeable. Anytime in the future if I occur a problem again I’ll be calling Cool It with no hesitation. So if you’re looking for a company that’s being honest and won’t rip you off this is the company to go with it. Thanks again Cool It for your good work. Good business people still exist.
