Cool-it Air Conditioning Heating

I have relied on Cool-It for more than 5 years now. Issues range from maintenance, unclogging AC drain line, heater burner not starting, to replacing the AC unit. What I like about them is that they are responsive, reliable and honest. I was also taught steps on how to fix certain issues if they occur. That’s not something you would normally get from an AC guy. All in all, I highly recommend anyone to give them a try!

Literally was able to come by in less than one hour. Friendly, prompt, to the point service. Good pricing and waved the trip charge for a refill of refrigerant on my system.

That alone would have made it a 5 star review. But after waiting about 4 hours and trying it, the system still wasn't moving very cold air. I called him later that night and he told me to turn the system off and leave it off in case it was still frozen up from before. Sure enough, when he got there the next morning and we kicked on the system, it was working perfectly without any work. Turns out it just needed longer to defrost. Guess what... still didn't charge me a trip charge for the second visit.

Needless to say, I will never use another HVAC company again. Absolutely amazing. 6 stars if possible.

They came out promptly and took care of the issue at a reasonable price.

Our A/C wasn’t cooling properly… bad for a Houston home in July. I contacted my friend from Cool-It (I call him my friend as he treats me with great respect and looks at keeping his clients happy and treating them like family) He was able to stop by today and repaired the issue and the house is “ice-cold” I have been doing business with them for about 3 years and you could not ask for a more honest and trustworthy individual. He is prompt, diagnoses the problem and has it fixed and charges a very fare price for his service. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who would need A/C or Heating service.

Vixienne has been servicing our house for several years and has always provided prompt, quality service. He has been able to do small repairs to keep our system going until we were ready to replace it.

Replaced Evaporator Coils, Plenum, overflow pain and switches.
The work took longer than expected because of transportation issues for workers. Job done well as far as I can tell. Vixene came back days later to complete coolant recharge and check. This is my second time using Cool-It and would recommend them.

Vixiene is very responsive and professional! Originally I asked a/c service from a different company, their tech said need to get the part to replace but then never show up. Vixiene came in the next day to "save" me; brought the right part to replace and fixed more problems. Vixiene I really appreciate your help! Thanks again!

Cool It Air Conditioning has been working on my air and heating service for about 10 years now. They are very honest and professional and fair in pricing. I used to call ARS for my services but after my first experience with Cool It, I never went back. Cool It is there when u need them and I won't use anyone else!

Called Vixiene at a little after 7 pm when I got home from work and discovered my ac was broken. He was here in 30 minutes and fixed it by 8:15. Awesome company, awesome service. Knowing I have this man's number in my phone is a great feeling. You can't ask for better service than this. You can't.

The Cool It A/C team has always been very responsive, helpful and reasonable! They always take time to explain the work and cost and do a great job every time! We will continue to be a customer for all of our AC and heating needs.
