Vixiene was super prompt, professional and patient with an issue we had with our HVAC not working (turned out we were being dumb). He was very courteous and I will be using this company for duct replacement work that we need as well. Thank you again Vixiene for coming out and helping us with such a minor issue!

They were very responsive, showed up on time, cleaned up everything and left no mess BEST PART IS- they were way less expensive than anyone else that quoted us. They were also so very nice and helpful giving us hints on what do do with our other AC to keep it running. Vixiene was the BEST!

This is the second time using this company. First time the blower motor in the house went out .He had to order one but put one in that could work until ours came in. So we were not with out AC in summer. Now the fan motor outside locked up. We have an older unit and he was more then happy to change the fan motor. Checked our unit and stated we didn’t need a whole new one. Great value and good service. And they are local. I highly recommend this company.

His team came repair the unit (during a record heat wave), before my family had to suffer from a broken system. His guys were friendly, and worked hard to ensure they left no mess. My son recommended Cool-It telling me they would not take advantage of me. I called and the gentleman said it sounded like a bad capacitor. When he discovered I could change it, recommended I do so and save some money. I got the capacitor from United Air Conditioning Supply for $21. Five minutes to change and it fixed the problem! I really appreciated this FREE advice! I will certainly use Cool-It again and recommend them to all my neighbors!

During the worst parts of Houston summers my AC unit had died out. The team scheduled and was same to squeeze me in their busy schedule which I appreciated! They came back out do the actual install and actually improved the overall air efficiency thought out that house! Love their clean and polished work they always put out!

Vixiene and his team did a really great job installing a new condenser unit and coil system for my AC unit. The guys where on time very clean and explained everything about my coil and condenser. I'm very happy with the equipment and the work that was done.
