Once again Vixiene came through on replacing our AC unit and at a very fair price and on a quick timetable. Big thanks to George and Mario for the installation. Really appreciate all the hard work and the house is nice and cool. Just in time for the Houston Summer. Thanks guys.

Billy arrived at the specified time and called beforehand to let me know when he was on the way. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Billy took the time to show me the problem with my a/c unit and explain the possible solutions. He even evaluated my existing equipment and told me that despite it's age it was in good working condition, rather than pushing for a new system install. Having received previous estimates for the work to be done from other companies, I know the pricing offered by Billy was very fair. I'm satisfied with the work done and would not hesitate to use Cool-it for any future HVAC issues.

I came across Cool-It Air after a had issues with my previous Home Warranty AC Repair. Vixiene was able to help me out in figuring out what was wrong with my AC. It was touch-in-go trying to troubleshoot and find what the issue was. But the reason they are getting 5 Stars is Vixiene went above and beyond in trying to figure it out. Even to the point of lending us a temporary AC to use so, we could at least survive the Texas heat.

If you are looking for a reputable and honest ac/heater repair company, Vixienne is your man! We have used him on multiple occasions and he doesn't disappoint. I had dealt with other companies before him that misdiagnosed or tried to oversell what was needed. Customer Service and honest and competent work is what you get with Vixienne. The major AC work he did for us was impressive and the cost was better than competitive. His crew respected our home and even wore paper booties over their shoes. Everything was cleaned up before they left. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We've had good luck with Cool It. They replaced our downstairs AC a couple of years ago, and we haven't had any issues. We just had them replace the upstairs AC and furnace as well. Billy came out to give us a quote, and they were able to schedule the job right away. Their prices seem reasonable too.

I've worked with Cool-It Air Conditioning twice now and Vixiene and his team have been professional, high quality in their delivery and cost effective vs. the choices out in the market. I would happily hire them again for any installation of a new system and/or any repair/warranty work needed.

To say that Cool-It is a lifesaver is a understatement. I had a low air flow problem and Vix came same day and at the time he said... unlike many other companies. Vix treated me very professionally and even took the time to show me the simple fix. I will recommend him to all my fellow neighbors for sure.

Cool it AC is the only company we call for our AC needs. About 2 years ago they came out after another company told us we needed a new unit. Cool it said they could fix the unit for under 100 dollars. It we would need a new one in a few years. We got about 2 more years out of it and they installed the new unit just a few months ago. There have been other small fixes in the last few years and they are so nice, competent and trustworthy. They come out ASAP and have great hours.
Would highly recommend his company.

My repairman was Billy and he was very efficient and explained to me fully what was wrong. He was not pushy and try to sell me more services, but let me know what was going on with my unit. I would definitely call them again in the future. He even gave me a discount because I registered my unit and had a warranty on it. A+

Based on a lot of positive reviews I called Vixen to have him come out and check our air conditioning unit. The unit was running, but not pumping out any cold air. Vixen's first suggestion was to simply check my filters, which turned out to be exactly what the problem was. He saved me the service fee
he could have charged me for coming out. Since he didn't actually work on my AC unit I can't vouch for
his skill level, but based on all of the positive reviews I've read I have no doubt that he does excellent work. What I can comment on is that this is a person who takes pride in providing true customer support
and isn't out to simply make a quick buck.
