Cool-it Air Conditioning Heating

Coolit installed a new furnace for me recently. I reached out to Vixiene due to all the 5 star reviews they have and they didn't disappoint. The installation team was on time and completed the project to my satisfaction. Vixiene was very responsive and followed up quickly with me when I had questions, and went above and beyond during the whole process.

It was a pleasure to work with Vixiene and his team. They are honest, hard working and their prices are very competitive, and won't try and rip you off as was my experience with other HVAC companies in the past.

I had a previous AC company I had used but they were booked up for the next week and couldn't schedule us any sooner, and we had company coming in two days when one of our AC stopped blowing cold air. I called cool it, and they would have come out that same day but I couldn't be home and we scheduled for the next day. They arrived in the time slot and quickly fixed our problem of a loose wiring connection at the outside unit and had us back up in less than 10 minutes. Very professional and answered all my questions I had to try and prevent that from happening again. I now have them as my go to AC company.

Vixiene was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the system very quickly and fixed the issue with no hassle. Turns it out it was a plugged drain and only needed to be cleared. Cool-it was the third company I called to diagnose the issue - I should have called them first. The other two companies tried to sell me on parts, repairs and even an entire new system that was not necessary. I will be calling Cool-it in the future for any issues, thanks again Vixiene.

Vixiene was very prompt in responding to the request. He provided excellent service. As soon as he arrived, he was able to analyse that the capacitor was gone and needed to be replaced. He was kind enough to install a temporary capacitor in place till he could procure the right sized one from the distributor. That got my AC going. He didn't charge me till 2 days later when he came back to fit it with the correct one. I would surely recommend him for any HVAC related concerns.

Customer service and job performed were fantastic. Billy did a great job of cutting past the sales bit and got right to what I needed, confirmed the product availability, and promptly scheduled the installation. The install guys were cool, did beautiful work, and cleaned up every little bit around the work area. Billy followed up for final adjustments and didn't expect payment until the job was complete. Couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!

Good communication throughout. Vixiene called to change a previously scheduled appointment to another time because outdoor weather was not hot enough and did not want to waste my time with a subpar maintenance appointment. At the rescheduled appointment he caught several issues that were missed by other companies used in the past for maintenance. Good advice and recommendations given for things to do and lookout for. Honest, fair priced, and friendly. Will use again

I am very satisfied with the honesty and candid nature of this company. While diagnosing my unit, the tech explained all the components and potential issues. When it was determined that my system was low on R22, the tech negotiated a fair price for materials and labor before moving forward. In addition, Cool-it was happy to accommodate servicing an HVAC system in a downtown high-rise. Highly recommend.

Vixiene is awesome !I gave his a call after 1:00 and at 3:40 same day, my air conditioner is cooling again. The charges were extremely reasonable compared to other A/C company. He thoroughly investigated the problem and made the necessary repair. He was very knowledgeable.I can’t thank him enough. Will definitely be calling Vix back for more work in the future. I would highly recommend him to other person!

September 2019 - Cool-it Came through again with great service and affordable pricing. Vixiene was very understanding of or current financial situation and was able to make accommodations in order to be able to provide air conditioning for us. Cool-It will always be my first call when anything heating or cooling is needed. Thanks Vixiene!

November 2018 - Been using the same ac heating company for over 15 years. One call to Cool-it and I have found my new company. Vixiene came out immediately when my heater went out. He had it fixed in a couple hours. This was urgent as I have two babies which needed to be warm. The cost was well below average and quality superb. Since that service, he has come out again at a moment's notice to service another issue. PS.....I am still waiting for my 15 year ac company to call me back to fix my heater!
