Marcelo (owner), Jorge (assessor) and Jose (installer) were incredible. I went 3 days without any cooling. Marcelo and Team helped me find the issue and even found that repair was within warranty.
I feel most contractors wouldn't have gone that extra mile to check warranty status, but Airteam is just that thorough.
I 100% recommend the team. From scheduling to execution, world class.

My recent experience with Airteam was soooo much better. They appropriately notified me regarding my appointment window, the tech very knowledgeable and fixed problem efficiently. Exceeded my expectations

Poor communication!!! I do not typically make reviews because I like to give companies the opportunity to correct my concerns. I have to work with this company because my home is a new build and this company was in charge of the HVAC system install. They have been out my home 3 times in 30 days and the last time did not have the equipment I requested they have to fix the issue. Did they bother to apologize or communicate with me regarding their error? Again, if my home was not under “this” warranty, I would never work with this company again.

Technician was great - wish dispatch would have called prior to arrival - though it was a bit past 5 so may be why not called. Also was told between 9 and 1pm arrival- I understand things happen though communication would be ideal. Great service and thank you!

Most likely the worst HVAC company in Houston. Their techs either are not trained properly or intentionally err to cost the client more money. I had to call them out six times in a two month span for the exact same a/c unit. The first guy added freon to fix the problem, the third guy said there was too much freon, which was causing the problem. The second guy fixed the thermostat that was allegedly causing the problem, but it was their tech that originally installed the t-stat. On the fifth visit, the problem was now the fan motor. Then, which seems like a cruel joke, on the sixth visit, they said it needed more freon. I've paid them almost $1,800 for work and was told the unit is likely to go out soon. Yes, they charged me for every visit, despite the issue going either undiagnosed or caused by their own tech. Lest you think I didn't bring this to their attention, I did. I wrote to them on their website contact form on September 7, and as of September 29, I have not received a response. Zero.

Be very careful about using their services, as it likely will end up with your needing additional services. I absolutely cannot recommend using this company.

Gio was determined to resolve problem we were having with our thermostat (after another tech came 2 days prior) and was successful!! Call back to set up 2nd service call was easy and they apologized for not resolving issue first time. Very pleased with service overall.

The technicians are very reliable and efficient. They most always arrive on the estimated time given that morning. This was a routine winter check and no issues. They will be back prior to summer. The 1 year maintenance is very reasonable.

Pretty disappointed with this company - I waited 3 days straight last week for them to come to my house and check my AC unit but no one ever showed up. Each day I would call them in the morning and they would give me a "time window" that they would arrive, which ranged from 2 hours to the whole day (some days I would call again around noon to check if they're actually coming), but the farthest I ever got was a tech calling me at 8:45 PM saying he was an hour away (the time window they gave me that day was 6-8 PM), at which point we decided to push to the next day because it was too late for me. I'm surprised the service was so bad because this company came recommended from a friend, maybe they were just super busy last week and lost track of things. The people on the help line were nice but the whole operation just seemed disorganized to me.
