Quick response and detail explanation from Cody Pelatari ,when we asked for a Quote. Right after he finished the inspection for installation of the complete Lennox two stage system ,he set up the job schedule on the next day.
Ruben Garcia, one of his team member also did a excellent job in a professional way. He is patient enough to explain things we should know. all the team members are friendly, polite and neat. They cleaned up things left behind after they complete the job.
I highly recommend Airteam in your choice for the service.

They did it all well. Friday night system failure before July 4th weekend and 100 degree weather. They responded next day, found parts to repair and returned on the same day to complete the repair before long hot holiday weekend. Well done.

As bad as service could be. I scheduled an appointment a week ago and was told someone would be here today after 1pm and that I would receive a call 30 minutes before they arrived. I took a day off from work and waited. My wife called at 2pm and they said they would arrive between 6:30pm and 8pm. It is now 11pm, I have waited for 10 hours. I left 4 “emergency” messages and have not received a call back. Nobody from the company bothered to let me know they would not make it to my house today. Airteam is the only company that has serviced this house, but they have failed to show too many times. I am curious to see how they make this screw up right. They already cost me hundreds of dollars today since I had to take a day off work. I wonder if the owner even cares?!

Couldn’t be happier!
The February freeze knocked our old furnace out on Monday night. After calling Airteam for a ‘rescue’, they were prompt to ‘bandaid’ our heater to get us through the cold. The following week, they provided us with 3 prices: one to repair, one to replace the furnace, and one to replace both the furnace and a/c both of which were 23 yrs. old. Their pricing was very reasonable and we chose to replace both. The crew of 3 who did the work were very professional and did a thorough job of protecting the floors and walls and cleaning up afterwards. Everything about this experience was pro. Thanks!

Jeremy was our technician and he was kind, efficient and informative. He was very thorough and took his time with his assessment and he was able to get our downstairs unit working again. We were satisfied with our AirTeam experience.

Update: They keep improving on their service year after year. My last issue about them was the scheduling but that has changed. It is night and day from two years ago. The service is professional, prices are reasonable, and they honor their warranty.

We have set up two appointments for warranty work and again I'm having to reschedule because they did not make their appointment. They want an eight hour or more window to arrive for the service. They finally agreed to 4 - 5 hour time frame. The first day they were almost an hour late before they called to tell us they were on their way. By that time is was almost 8:00p.m. I told that we would have to reschedule it was too late. Today they had contacted us and it was 2 hours past the 4 hour window and they told me they would call me when the serviceman was on his way. I had to cancel again, we work and have other responsibilities. They also require a service charge of approximately $85.00 to come out and determine what is wrong with the A/C. We are past our 2 year so only parts are warranted not labor. I do not have a problem paying for labor, but to add a fee to determine what is wrong with no mention of applying it to the labor charges is wrong. So far their service sucks and I plan to go back to the home builder to complain. If I had a choice I would never use Air Team. I wouldn't even give this company one star if the website didn't make me click on at least one star.

I have used Airteam, Ltd, for many, many years and have always been pleased with their service and workmanship. I have just had them install the most elaborate system I've ever owned and it is doing the job perfectly. I truly appreciate the technical know-how which has made this possible and look forward to many more years as a satisfied customer.

Air Team worked with my builder in installing 3 units at my house. Hence, by default they became AC company to handle the maintenance of my units.

They give you a four hour window for the tech and call you about 30 mins out when the tech should arrive.

Well the first time, the 30 mins went to 1.5 hours and we had to reschedule to a week out where I was put on a 9am-1pm schedule and assured they will make mine the first appointment due to their tardiness on the first appointment. I adjusted my work schedule around this, anticipating someone to show up by 9am. When I called, I got their receptionist giving me the 4 hour schedule routine and completely oblivious to their statement a week ago to get me in on the first route. Anyway, I got a call at 11:15 am that the tech was about 30 mins away. Since I was running an errand in my neighborhood, I asked for a potential 15 minute extension and they said it was ok (I was back home by 11:45 and therefore well within the anticipated 12 noon arrival of the tech). Well the tech called me at around 7:45 pm indicating he was about 15 mins away..what to say? Other than never again!
