Just had Airteam out to look at my thermostat which had quit working. Raul was amazing. He had to swap out the unit, he was meticulous in removing the old one and remounting the new one. He helped me remove the old device and add the new device to my iComfort account. I will do more business with Airteam.

My AC has been making a knocking noise for the past month. In the past 3 weeks I have had 4 different technicians come to my house on 9 different days. First guy said it was the control board. Second guy changed the control board, problem continued so he said it was the flapper. Third guy said the blower motor. The fourth guy said my bypass was broken (which he came back the next day to fix) and my electricity not generating enough power so I called electric people and they came out and confirmed that there was nothing wrong with my electricity. So Air Team comes back out and wanted to try to see if it was a certain thermostat, so he turned off my thermostat upstairs and the one downstairs has been being used for the whole house. The knocking continues. I call the same tech to come back out and he says it's probably the blowed motor and had to order the part. Air Team calls me 2 hours later to confirm the part being ordered but says they are going to send a senior tech to come inspect it. I told them to make sure he brings the part because I'm tired of them coming out saying they need to order a part and having to come back a second time. Air Team told me they want to make sure a blower Motor is what I need before they order the part. Needless to say, they have to come back to my house at least 2 more times.

I just built my home and moved in 3 months ago, the AC should not be breaking down 4 months after being installed by AirTeams.

Not a happy customer.

Today AirTeam technician, Nathan came to add caulking to one of my units roof vent pipes that had been broken loose during the change out of one of our units coils. While examining the work to be performed Nathan noticed one of our vents sounded loud. He showed me that the manual damper was closed. After knowing what to look for I discovered that almost half our vents were closed or partially closed. They are all open now and my home is cooler and quieter thanks to Nathan.

AC on my of my units shut down. Called AirTeam on Tuesday. Wednesday Morning at 9:00 technician was at my house! Problem was a clogged drain line that the technician promptly discovered and unplugged. Prompt, friendly and superior service! Thanks again AirTeam!

I needed to have the complete HVAC system replaced in my house and went through a very frustrating time getting quotes and talking with various A/C companies. Airteam came to my house, explained thoroughly what they would suggest as a replacement, and gave me a reasonable and professional quote, They installed the system yesterday and the installation was perfect. I had Airteam come out today to investigate a loud bang when the outside condenser would come on. The tech discovered the hard start kit I had them install 3 years ago had a hole blown through the bottom of the unit. As expected this was not under warranty now so I agreed for a new kit for $220. The tech didnt have the right size kit with him and wanted to come back tomorrow. As I thought about this I realized I still had a fairly new hard start kit preciously purchased through Airtream from a former unit and I asked the tech lets try this one. He put it on in less than 30 seconds as it just has a few leads to snap on and it started fine.

Thinking I was good to go and get to get some use out of something I purchased in the past, not so fast, tech says he needs to charge me 150 for putting the other start kit in. Who would of thought under a service call, connecting 2 leads to a start kit would cost 150 where a new kit installed is 220. If I would of known that, I would of popped it in myself.

So Airtram your kit blew out in 3 years, tech didnt have part on truck, tech didnt tell me first that putting my left over kit bought from you for another unit would be 150, tech already had the kit disconnect so was going to put the bad one back on so I would have something until new appt with right part all after 15 years of doing business and 2 new systems, that is why I will be trying someone else next time
