Airteam did an excellent job installing two, new Trane HVAC systems. They even spread out the attic units, installed more decking, lifted the ducts, etc. and made future servicing access much easier. I highly recommend Airteam!

Wow, Trendmaker Homes used Airteam to install my entire home system. My home is 3.5 years old and have had numerous issues with my HVAC system. First, I paid for a upgraded 16 seer system with variable fan speed and they installed the standard. My inspector caught the it and Air Team had to replace the entire thing. Come to find out Air Team sub-contracts it all out. Second, multiple calls were made the first two years in my house for various things on my system. Recently, my third AC unit for my mother-in-law sweet stopped working. We called AirTeam to come out. They sent a tech and they refilled the the system. The next day we called them out again because it stop working again. Another tech came out and put dye in the system and said another tech needed to come out. 3 days later the tech comes and said he couldn't find the leak. So another tech came out the next day and said my coil was bad. So they schedule another tech 3 days later to replace the coil. The tech that came out to replace the coil used a different coil than what came in it. We brought it to the techs attention and said it was the right one. I wasn't comfortable but went with it. They replaced the coil and recharged the system. The very next day it wasnt working again. So we called and they sent out a Sr tech 2 days later. When he arrived my husband stayed with him and found the green dye that the other techs didn't see. Clear as day on the AC Unit fan vents. The tech traced the hole and said he needed to come back tomorrow to do the repair. Mind you, this is 3.5 weeks into the initial call. The tech showed up, made the repair and charged the system. The AC started working. However, the next two days my humidity level jumped to 80%. Normally it should be under 50%. So we called again. They schedule a tech to look at it and couldn't find the issue. So they re schedule me again. This time his supervisor came with him. As they traced the issue down it all came back to the coil that never needed to be replaced. 5 weeks into our issue we are still waiting on a resolution. You really should look at other options than these folks. Read the other reviews. Also, if you build a Trendmaker house you might want to ask them to use another HVAC company. You'll be stuck with Air team for warranty issues.

Airteam responded immediately to my HVAC repair need. The office team were great helping me schedule and follow-up. The technicians I worked with were professional and knowledgeable.

The usual great job by Jorge and his helper. Quality service. We've used Air Team when they were named Hallmark.

This was my first experience with Air Team. The tech named Eloy was very professional and solved problems with both AC units I have very quickly. (One was a plugged drain line, the other was electrical.) I will call Air Team again the next time I need AC repair or maintenance.

This has to be one of the most unprofessional companies to have ever worked with. Our house is merely a year old so we contacted our builder when our upstairs was not getting cool at all and staying in high 70s/low 80s range...in TEXAS. We submitted our work order on 6/14 to our builder and an appointment was made quickly. However....like many of the other reviews....they were a no show. That night it rained so we gave them the benefit of a doubt. The appointment gets rescheduled and we are told that there was a leak but that they could do something temporary until the problem gets fixed at a SEPARATE appointment. It works for like two days and back to the same thing. ugh ok fine.... another appointment we go.

The next appointment gets scheduled... mind you not only is our TXU bill going higher and higher but we take the necessary measures to take time off from work in order to be available for when they come over for their "appointment"... and yes... i do use quotes because they are not actual appointments. After going a couple hours of not hearing anything after their scheduled "appointment", we are reassured that they are running late and we are still on schedule. Ok... 9pm came around when we figured we would get some sleep after waiting FIVE HOURS. The next day WE have to be the ones to call Air Team to explain the BS we have been dealing with as no one bothered to reach out to us to apologize about inconveniencing us. My husband demands a morning appointment because we were NOT going to have the same problem of being scheduled at the end of the day with no one showing up. Did they listen? Nope. Sure enough.... we called the morning of the day of this scheduled appointment and told we were scheduled for 4PM. We speak to a manager who reassures us that the technicians were sent a notice that they HAD to come to our house. When 4PM-ish passes.... we decide to call the office again. Lady in the office reassures us that we were still on schedule and that they are running behind... "There is a note to the technician that they HAVE to go see you before the end of the day". Oooookay... Well here I am at 10:20pm writing this review. Oh... and have I mentioned that I'm almost 40 weeks pregnant and due to deliver any day now? Because that is what my situation is.... newborn about to be born and can't put my baby in the nursery upstairs because the room is EIGHTY DEGREES. Not to mention just being pregnant...in the summer... in Texas. So you can imagine how much I'm sweating in my home. Tomorrow is 4th of July so we don't expect anyone to work on our unit. My builder apparently has contracted this extremely unprofessional company for some reason and will be calling their corporate office on Thursday after the holiday to complain about how our work order on JUNE 14TH has yet to be completed.

Do NOT even consider this company.

Raoul Lopez is the best AC tech. I always request him. He is professional, knowledgeable and always provides clear and concise information. He is very respectful and has always resolved my issues.

I have put 3 systems in 3 different houses over three years. So far the Lennox systems have been wonderful. I will tell you that during the hot months their service is questionable. It took me over 2 weeks to even gets bid on the last system.
They have always been much cheaper on new systems than other contractors.

David Butcher

Excellent service and cost. They honored the warranty on our system. Both sets of evaporator coils were leaking and Airteam replaced them and all the parts associated with them.

Patrick Thomas

Horrible customer service from the supervisor and technicians. Carlos Velis could not care less about his customers. EXCUSES RUN FREELY OUT OF HIS MOUTH. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. He refuses to get his supervisor and claims he is the owner and would not tell me his last name.
The receptionist is very nice and polite in strong contrast to Carlos and the technichians, Armando seems very polite as well. This company for the most part is unprofessional and seems shady. AC repair person does not come in the house after he replaces the compressor to see if the problem is fixed and Carlos states he didn't need to. Really..... I have never had a company claim to have repaired something and did not check it to see if this fixed the problem... Wow! The problem is not fixed and we continue to struggle with this unprofessional company.
Pulte homes has designated them as our warranty repair company so we don't have another choice... now they say its the coil.
