I reserved my online judgment until I was completely sure of Air Team's incompetence and disregard for customer service. And I have been sitting on this review for a while in hopes that they would prove me wrong. At this point I have lost count of the number of appointments they have missed over the past four months for various maintenance issues. They have missed three in the past week alone. Are they expecting people to just be home all day, every day waiting for them to NOT SHOW UP?? I will add here that on one of the times they did actually make it to the appointment, the tech tracked dye (the color of highlighter yellow) ALL through our house. When I pointed it out he shrugged and mumbled something about not thinking it was him. It absolutely beyond a doubt was, and when I called Air Team about it they asked me to send pictures and then...crickets. No concern with trying to correct the damage. It took a lot of elbow grease to get out of the carpet, and it didn't come out of the tile in our entryway at all. A company who doesn't value their customers doesn't deserve to have customers at all. Save your time and money and go somewhere else for your AC needs.

Darrin and his staff are awesome. I've been using AirTeam for all of my A/C needs for several years. They're honest, professional, knowledgeable and have fair/reasonable pricing.

Darrin really wants to help his customer's. Whenever I have an A/C issue, AirTeam is my 1st and only call. Give them a try. You will "Love" them.

Our house is only 2 years old. We had AC issues the when we moved in. We had a leak in one of our systems that needed to be fixed, both thermostats replaced, a coil replaced and an outside fan in the compressor replaced. Everytime we called the Airteam office EVERYONE was very professional and helpful. The technicians that came out to our house were ALL very professional and curteous. I would recommend Airteam to anyone that needs AC or heater work done. Excellent job!

Air Team were the original installers of the units in our new house in 2013. One of the units needed a complete replacement of the evaporator coil in the attic. The technicians, who provided the diagnostics and the repairs, were very professional in their response to my many questions and in the service provided. They arrived and completed their work as promised. The cost of repairs were fair and competitive. I will certainly look to utilize Air Team for future needs. Keep up the great work, service, and cost of service.

The two technicians were very courteous, professional and helpful. They checked the master bedroom and master bathroom vents for air flow and temperature. Everything was ok. They also checked outside air intake to confirm it was correct. We were very pleased with the service.

Seriously the worst customer service!! Should be rated less than zero in all honesty! We had a scheduled appointment 2 different times and each time our technician never showed up (even after calling the day of to confirm and get an “accurate” window). The first time the technician finally called at 9pm to let us know he was running late and couldn’t make it. The second time the office called at 5pm to reschedule because tech was running behind.

Finally on our third attempt we got a morning appointment and a technician actually came to our house. All he did was re-route 2 air ducts and blow out a drain line that we had needed done. However, we realized after he left that now our A/C was no longer cooling!!! We called and asked to have him come back out to fix whatever he did to it. (It was working perfectly fine before he came out as far as cooling)

We were not able to be re-scheduled till 2 days later with an afternoon appointment time of 1-5 window. (Reminder - it’s Houston in July and I have 3 little kids) We called at 1 on the appointment date to confirm a more accurate time and was told 4-6pm.

It is now 10pm and I have still yet to hear from anyone or have a technician show up!!!!! What kind of ridiculous customer service is this? Do you even care about your customers? My husband and I have called the after hours emergency number 3 times explaining that it is 88 degrees upstairs where our kids sleep and would like an update or any kind of courtesy call! We have even left messages for the technician and still NOTHING!!

I am beyond frustrated right now!! Just call back and please STOP overbooking!!!

The guys who installed our new system were very professional. They worked extremely hard to get us up and running in arduous conditions. The loft space temperature was in the high 120’s on one of our hottest days of June. System is great and we plan to use them again in the future

I used Airteam for a recent A/C replacement in my home and Cody P. did a great job working with me to find the best unit to meet my budget. He was easy to work with and had great communication throughout the process. His team did a great job with the install and I will 100% be using them again in the future.
