We've relied on Airteam since they installed our new home's AC back in 2007. During most of this time they've been responsive, timely, and professional. However, after Airteam installed a split unit in our garage/hobby room a few months ago, it has been very difficult to get them to show up to scheduled appointments to fix the split system's recurring repairs. From this customer's perspective it seems as though their technicians are being overbooked, and we are not being kept up to date unless we reach out to them. Also, the unit itself has been very unreliable, with the condensate handling system having required multiple visits for repair and/or replacement. I've reached out to the service manager to discuss alternatives to the unreliable condensate handling system, but have not heard back from him/her to date. Given our recent experiences with broken appointments, near total lack of communication (except when we call), and faulty equipment, we've lost the trust and goodwill that we previously had with this company.

Labor cost for 10 minutes of work was off the charts expensive. Great customer service on the phone, very hard to pin down for an appointment, even in off season. They want to have a 12 hour window to arrive which is so 1990’s.

We recently had our AC and Furnace replaced by AirTeam and they did an outstanding job with the install. Antonio, the supervisor for the job, was very helpful and explained everything they were going to do. The workers were very neat, careful and respectful of our home. We have used AirTeam for over twenty years and have been pleased with their service.

Airteam LTD has serviced both my home & business’ A/C systems and they have always provided excellent work! Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional at all times. They arrive on time, clean up after themselves, are uniformed so I know who they are when they visit my home, and always take the time to explain things to me. Airteam replaced the AC in my home 4 years ago and insulated my attic; I couldn’t be happier with both services. I now use their PM Service for both my home & business. Doing business with them is like having a friend in the business!

***WARNING BEFORE HIRING*** I don't even want to give them one star. We hired Air Team May 10, 2016 to perform a routine check/clean our unit. We have had issues with our upstairs not cooling like it should so we thought a good clean would help before we explored other possibilities. I called another AC company to diagnose why our unit wasn't functioning properly. I was appalled to see Air Team did nothing to either of my AC units. They were filthy with tons of leaves on the bottom. I took pictures as evidence. I paid them $178.00 for nothing! I did call them and they are issuing a refund. I plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau as they supposedly have an A+ rating. So sad there is such dishonesty.

i strongly suggest not hiring these idiots. they NEVER show up on time. i repeat: NEVER show up on the suggested time slots given. i am currently waiting for them, held hostage in my own house because i can’t leave due to the fact that i don’t know what time they will arrive. they said they’d come at times between 9am-1pm. it is 6 pm right now. none of them showed up or called. last time we hired them, they said they’d come between 10 and 4. they promptly arrive at 10:15pm as we’re heading into bed. unless you want to be held hostage in your own house waiting for them, i highly suggest finding some other AC company

Your technicians are great, however your lack of communication is horrible. You are never on time . A morning appointment is 8am -noon. Everytime I take off a day for your techs to come I lose thousands of dollars in business. The least you could do is show up during scheduled time, call and tell client when you will be there. Like I said the rating is only because your techs are cordial and perform well. It's your inside personnel that under performs. So a 4 for the techs, and a zero star for your staff

They were sent out as part of a review of problems noticed in the 11 mo. we have lived in this new house. The builder provides this.
The tech. was great. He knew exactly what to do to adjust and balance the air flow. He did it quickly and answered all my questions.

Airteam was one of the most professional air conditioner servicers that I've ever dealt with. From the first phone call for service to the receptionist (you actually speak to someone with knowledge and a helpful nature) to the manager of the service department. My complicated system is a two unit 5-zone system with UV and individual duct sensors and required someone of great knowledge and ability to service, diagnose, tune-up and repair. The service technician was extreme capable and professional. He also used booties to keep the carpets clean. Within 2 1/2 hours the system was repaired and the computer system explained and is now working and functioning perfectly. The service was so good that I signed up for the annual service program. Again, Airteam was fantastic and professional. They also maintain records of each system they work on which is an asset for their understanding of the system when determining what technician will be deployed to our homes. Great job Airteam!!!! The second crew that came to replace a faulty evaporator coil that had been installed just 4 days were hands down better than the first crew. They were professional and courteous and kept me abreast on where they were in the procesd, what was left and how long it would take. They successfully installed the equipment. If this crew had come first. I would've rate a 5-star. But I was without a properly working A/C for a week.
