Arrived late, but was quick, and fixed the problem with my Lennox Mini-Split system - which many HVAC companies will avoid. The service technician was well trained, smart, and personable. Some may think they are expensive, but getting the job done correctly makes it worth it.

They were the most responsive on a Friday in busy hot summer to confirm blower motor was not working. The diagnosis and replacement went well, work was performed by Andy in a timely efficient manner. I only wish the price was lower paid $550 but I guess it's inflation 😳😭😖

When our house was built 9 years ago, AirTeam installed the A/C system. In that 9 years time, we have had to replace the evaporator canister, the coil, the compressor twice, the pressure sensor 3 times, had to have the bypass duct replaced because it had filled with water and the damper for the bypass duct. Our A/C is out... again. (This will be compressor #3) Called them this past week to get service. Was only able to leave voicemails, and they never replied. Every time they do come out on the initial service call, they do not have any parts, and we get charged for a service call, and then charged again for another service call when they return to repair the unit, in addition to the cost of the repair and the parts. We won't be using them again. We recommend that you don't either.

The guys were respectful and they did a nice job on the a/c units.

I am very appreciative of your installation crew being able to replace our two unit system in one afternoon as promised. I hope my new Lennox system lasts nearly 22 years like my original A/C! Thank you Airteam.
