These guys are the BEST in Houston. I have used a lot of different A/C companies over the years and some were good, others not so good but Airteam never disappoints! On time, fast friendly, always honest and up front with what they are doing. I have been using them for the past 4 years, have a maintenance contract with them and I have never had any issues.

Updating this review: The upstairs is always hot now and is not cooling. I am really upset as they double charged us and did not do a good job in any way.
They are expensive. They charged $165 service fee for diagnosis alone + $120 labor fee plus parts. And in our case, the did a bad job. The upstairs is always hot now. Before they fiddled with it, it was cool. We had called them saying one room is too cold but now the entire upstairs is too hot.

Charged 170 for a service call in which we ended up with a next day quote that was quite expensive for a part that was under warranty.

Well of course Houston is hot so no choice other than to have the work done. I must say Hector the technician who replaced the evaporator coil was very professional. Everything at this point seems to be working as it should.

It has been difficult to work with them. They did an install for a new house, after move in we have had several issues. They are quick to send a tech out but most tech show up and lack the knowledgeable to help. In almost every case, tech show no sign to help. In every case, we have been told, we have to have the office call you back. We have several places in the home that overheat. Now we have an issue in the bathroom and can’t get them to take responsibility. Their answer “it is a common issue around Houston”. If common, why did you not address or mention during design and install. Two weeks after reporting, we have had to chase them days after days. Still no proper call back from their supervisor.

The product was still under warranty. It was not performing as it should. They installed monitoring devices that improved the performance. If you have a choice ask for a senior technician. They spent the time going over all aspects of the system.They we’re very thorough and professional.

Airteam executed when the other guys dropped the ball.

I bought my home about seven months ago and six weeks ago the evaporator coil in my A/C system my developed a massive freon leak. The original subcontractor who should have completed the repair under my warranty couldn't get a replacement coil and didn't know when they would get one. Airteam had one in stock and came to do the needed repair less than 48 hours after I contacted them.

While doing the repair, they went the extra mile and remediated several installation errors made my the original subcontractor. My system is not only back up and running, but runner better than when I moved in. Add to that the crew was respectful of my home wearing booties on their shoes and cleaning up any debris from their work.

I can't recommend Airteam highly enough. As soon as my warranty is over, Airteam will be the only ones touching my HVAC system.

These guys are the best in town. I called our air conditioning company we have had a contract with for 20 years and they told us we had to wait three days for a service call. Air Team was out that day even though it was a holiday for most (Friday July 3rd). Their Tech accessed the problem, showed me the coils that had gone bad, I got the price and they are installing the new coils tomorrow so we won't have to suffer in the heat.

Air Team is now my new A/C company and will be getting the maintenance contract that we've had with the other company and will be for the next 20 years if this is how they serve their customers.

Carlos and his associate arrived onetime, quickly diagnosed the problem with our vent hood make up air damper and completed the electrical wiring needed for the damper to function properly. They took care to respect our home cleanliness and wore face masks for the entire time they were in the house.

Forrest Washburn and his team of guys did a FANTASTIC JOB!! No pressure sales tricks and straight shooters. I have no problem saying with confidence that these guys were top notch. Drop clothes were layed and installation was smooth. They replaced our previous Lennox models with single stage Trane systems. They are good looking and much quieter than our 16yr old models. I checked prices as well as reliablity of installer and these guys stand by their word. Thank you for your work on our home.

Cody was our sales rep and very pleased with him and AirTeam's quote to replace our unit. Quote was detailed, transparent, with no hidden expenses.
