I don't hate the place, people that worked there is horrible. Going there to get an auger power head, asked front desk where they located at, she offer to get me a salesperson. Standing around a group of 4-5 people bs, and more bs. No one want to help until I tell them what's up? And the salesman tells me we don't carry this tools for your power head, but online tells me that they do, going to another store get my order online no problem. Staff there kind of ....... when you asked them a simple question, but if you let's them tell you they will go on of what they know. So you needs to know your product by research yourself, asked the staff they to limited knowledge to answer your question.

Called ahead to make sure they had a trail mower in stock before making a 4 hour round trip. Dallas said yes sir we have 3 in stock. Drove 2 hours and they tell me they can't get it off the self due to forklift is broken. I said that's why I called ahead. Then I ask if I could buy the display off the floor. Charles said no we still need a forklift. Told Charles I would drag it out of the store and load it my self. Charles said he would check on the forklift and walked away. 15 minutes later he returns and said the batteries are dead on the forklift and would take some time to charge. A couple hours later I finally was able to make my purchase and have it loaded with the forklift. The forklift should of been charged overnight and due to this they have been turning sales down all day
They don't care if they sale or not. Oh and while paying for this item they didn't won't to give the internet sale price in the beginning and when I told them I want it tax exempt for my farm they told me the machine that does that is down today I would need to come back. THEY SUCK AND I WILL NEVER COME BACK!

While the people were nice enough, they're disorganized. I was picking up 2 chainsaws they had fixed, and they lost one. I gave them my number to a service guy so they could call me back when they found it. No word for a week. I finally call and they put me on hold for 10+ minutes! I hate to sound like a Karen, but I need my chainsaw back!

Customer Service was TERRIBLE. I felt I was verbally abused by a Cashier with a Assit. Manager standing just 2 registers away. All because I DARE ask if a Register is open (4 people standing around and light is on at register). Even while I was complaining to the manager the Cashier was still say things like...I'm not working, who does she think she is asking me to help customer, who does she think she is asking us to help customers..(.Yes she actually said that..), She can wait until we are ready for them. But like I said to the Cashier and Manager..The Abuse was worth it..Customer's got help by the other Cashier standing there. After I said something the 3rd cashier starting helping people. Meanwhile MOUTH and RUDE Cashier was still upset I spoke up. I just wish I had it on video. I could not believe it. How Rude, Full of Insults and just plain Verbally Abusive!! I complained to 800 number and gave them Cashier's name so hopefully Corp will take action.

Worst customer service! waited forever to get help with a Christmas list with impact tools and several items I'm not familiar with and maybe recieved less than 60 seconds of their time and was treated as an inconvenience. The store was not even busy. Employees on their cell phones were so much more important than someone trying to make purchases in their store. I will never go back.

I went to the store today in Garland on I 30 to buy a pressure washer and I was helped by casher named Mindy who knew what she was doing who gave great service and I would be more than happy to come back and buy more products
