So to change or add cards, you make it totally hard. I use my account for both business & home. To add a card with different billing address, you have to change it completely. I like your products & your site, but billing part is differently not user friendly.

I find the manager and tech person at the Spring Creek Location to lack customer service ability. They had a bad attitude response when I was explaining what I was told by the tech.

The manager on Saturday mornings was rolling his eyes when I explained the tech called me a liar on what he told me.

I have no choice but to believe if the manager would have this attitude towards a customer those under him would have the same.

When I brought my power washer in for repair, I asked how long it would be before I could find out what was wrong, I was told it would be several days. I called back 5 days later and was told it would be 4 more weeks before he even got a chance to look at it, add that to the 5 Days it has been sitting there we are now looking at 5 weeks.

When I told him he never told me 5 weeks to look at the equipment he flat out called me a liar and told me if I didn’t like it I could come and pick it up.

I have been in the maintenance business for 35 years and understand some services can take a couple of weeks to determine what is wrong and to fix however, I have never been told 4-5 weeks.

Had I been told that from day one I would not have left my equipment there to begin with, I have work that needs to be taken care of and would have looked elsewhere. That said, I now believe he told me a several days to look at it had he said 4-5 weeks, he knew I would have never left it.
At the end of the day, the tech mislead me, when I called, he called me a liar. When I reported to the manager the manger had a bad attitude-which explained to be the attitude of the tech.

This said, when I have time I will be in front of their location with picket signs to let those who pass by their facility what they could expect.

I don’t believe I am the first to experience a rude experience however, I will do what it takes to possibly help others in the future to not experience the same.

Extremely upset customer.

P.S. I am a customer who has spent money with this company, it’s not like I just walked in The the first time. I never had a problem making purchases in the past, this is the first time I am looking to repair service.

They are rude canadian company ! I've had better experiences from Chinese companies. No customer service. Customer no-service is a more accurate description. Save yourself the aggravation and do not order online and wait months for your product not to be delivered. In the meantime they play with your credit card. My how they'll be surprised when I spend money and their charges are declined. I can't pay for a product that won't deliver and hold off on using my credit card until my product gets delivered at their convenience. I will never again order anything online from this company. If its not in the store they won't get my money. 7-17-14

Back in November my sprayer was having problems, and took it to Northern tooto repair. The sprayer was not even 10 months old and was used very lightly. Anyway, while I eas here the the parts and service department the the guys told me with an attitude and laughing told me it would take 4 weeks to even touch the machine. I lefted there and they called until January 6to go pick up the machine.
I went to pick it up and as soon as I go home the machine is leaking and took it back and I ask them why is this leaking it was not like that. They responded “Uhhh I don’t know” I told them they would need to fix the leakand agreed to it but then again it was going to take a long time so i told them to order the parts and I wbring it the following week. I went back with the sprayer and they had a charge of 175.00 when this was repairs that I had previously paid 300.00. I spoke to the manager Danny or Denny a (female) she was rude and ignored what I had to say.
One that happened for im never comming back to that store ever and I will continue to speak poorly of the service they offered me as a customer.

I went there to buy a new lawnmower. I picked one out I liked. Got up to the front to pay. The guy tried to sell me a warranty. I asked him if I get the mower home and it doesn't work and I bring it back I can get a new one or my money back. He said not if I put gas and oil in the engine. He said that it was the law. I asked him for my debit card back. I then went to Lowe's and found the exact same lawn mower for almost $200 less and Lowe's has a 30 day return policy. I guess they don't know about that law.

I did my research online and when I went to the store the price was $10 more than online. I brought this to the cashiers attention and she said no problem and said she matched the online price. Got home and looked at the receipt and she only gave me a $8 discount. I hate the bait & switch routine. I know it’s my fault for not looking at the receipt before leaving. Beware!!!!

Went in there to buy a hose for my pressure washer, ended up buying a whole the whole welding section. Hats off to Dani the best sales person I have ever met in my life. I don't even know how to weld, but I bought every damn welding thing they have. Will be back to buy more things.

Called ahead of time as it is a one hour drive to verify engine was in stock they said they had three. Get to the store and they still show three but cant find one for me. Asked to speak to manager and have been waiting
