The sales associate Rachel and another sweet woman Mindy helped me in finding gator blades for my momas lawnmower and went above and beyond to make sure she had them, so my mom could go get them. Ya'll are extremely blessed to have such wonderful ladies at your store in Garland TX. I ordered a chainsaw mill from them over a month ago. I have been lied to about shipment arrival and then told I would receive a call from Norwood which never happened. A reputable company would seek the answer for a customer. I paid for the item upfront. I will never buy another item after this issue is resolved. I would have given them zero stars if was possible.

Had the most incredible shopping experience here recently. Completely inept in power washers, I was probably looking for a good 5 minutes on what models and pressure rating to buy for my small job when Dani came over to the rescue. Quality customer service is in short supply these days and I was blow away by her knowledge and professionalism. I’ll be back for a power drill, needless to say.

Probably The worst more than tour I have ever experience I called the lady that picked up the phone just says hello I had to confirm it was Northern tool. She said OK wait and transferred me over to a guy that picks up the phone and says “yeah”. Then I tell him that I’m trying to see if somethings in stock so I can go buy it he says well do you have an item number or what do you want………. I’m a contractor I spent a lot of money on Northern tool but most likely I’m going to stick to whitecap or Harbor freight even though they are a bit more expensive it’s worth not getting spoken to as a child

We went into the store looking for a fan and the selection was astounding. We went into store 65 which was Mesquite TX. Justin approached us immediately on Sunday, June 14, 2020 and was the most friendly, helpful and informative we've ever dealt with. He even greeted us and visited with us at the check out. We actually left the store with 2 fans for our livestock and pool area. Will definitely be back!

Well cashier #296523 was ok with us but the customer ahead of us was paying their amount due and was trying to hand this cashier a $100 bill. The cashier so rudely said " I don't have change for that" Now it is 5:06 in the evening so it's hard for me to believe that she has no change from an entire day of business. Not sure why she was so rude to this customer. The customer did have nerve to stand up to her by saying that's all I have. Well don't you know she was able to call for change. Oh then her register popped open and dont you know the drawer had enough change for this customer. I wanted so bad to have a $100 to pay with just to have her deny my purchase. Well she got lucky I did not do it to her. It makes me wonder how many customers you have lost because of her welcome warming attitude. In what is going on in the world with as many people who have lost jobs like me would take her position just to have a job and every customer would be welcomed into your store. She never once even said welcome or thanks. Come on manager what is going on with customer service.

They would have gotten 5 stars if their selection was better. What sets this store apart from the others, is the customer service from Marcos and Abby. Overall a good store. Northern would do well to allow Marcos and Abby to teach the rest of their team what customer service should be.
